Had a good deal for a one night stay in the weekend. No restaurant. Close to tramline 1. 7 minutes to city centre, 5 minutes to Scheveningen. Very nice room

It is a nice hotel with right sized, clean rooms with up to date furniture. It would be nice if it had a restaurant for dinner but at least they serve snacks at the bar. The only thing I really didn't like was the parking. It is fine for bicycles but very dangerous for cars. Both getting in and out is virtually impossible without scratching your car or damaging your wheels. If you think this is just me take a look at the entrance or exit, you will find tons of scratches from many cars everywhere.

The hotel is good in general. The breakfast experience was non-optimal since the personnel didn't manage to keep the breakfast properly refilled in busy hour.
The bed in my room was also to way too firm for my liking but this could be a personal preference.

Nice and big hotel. Good for conferences. Parking too pricey (normally it cost 25 EUR a day but you can get discount to 22 EUR). Little bit far from any shop and bus or train stop. However there are very clean rooms and the breakfast is eatable. The staff is friendly and competent. I recommend this hotel.

Great hotel to stay if your planning to visit Den Haag and Scheveningen. There is a direct tramline to the beach, 5 minutes walking from the hotel. Parking your car costs normally 25€ a day, you can purchase a reduced tariff card for 22€ at reception. It's valid 24 hours and you can enter and leave the garage as often as you like. The hotel is very close to Madurodam as well.

We enjoyed our stay. Quiet comfortable room with all necessary amenities.
Friendly stuff, perfect location close to the sea, museum quarter and the city center.
Abundant breakfast with special children menu.
Overall a very pleasant experience.

First of all, every hotel staff member I met was friendly and professional. However, some of the tangible aspects could use work.

For example, in the first room I stayed in, I came in to find the toilet dismantled. The fact that that was not noticed and flagged by housekeeping prior to me entering makes me question how much attention they are paying. Luckily I was able to switch to the room next door. However, since I had already begun unpacking before I noticed the issue, an offer to upgrade my stay in some way would have been nice.

Across the hotel, I noticed that over the years, the carpet has become rather stained and shabby. The carpet in the 11th floor hallway has a musty door.

Some other small things were simply disappointments at this price point. The complimentary bottled water in my room was not replaced every day. The temperature of the shower suddenly becomes very hot or very cold for just a few seconds, without warning. The A/C unit was very loud at the highest setting, and still could not effectively cool my room. The iron is very low quality, and guests would be much better served by a steam iron. It would be nice if the bathrooms were supplied with washcloths and hair conditioner. It would also be nice if the bed was made such that the comforter could reach the top of the bed.

These are all very little complaints, but added up, make a stay less restful than one would hope for.

Staying next to the conference venue was extremely convenient and saved me lots of time. It was quite and peaceful. The staff were always friendly and efficient. The hotel is situated 100m from the tramline making it easy to get to the beach or city centre, even in the rain. Extensive breakfast menu, I especially liked the fresh orange juice and if you ask for soya milk, you get it with a smile.

The hotel has very accommodating staff who added there own charm into making my stay there very pleasant. An example of this were the reception personnel who were keen to add that little extra to make me feel welcome.

My room was very nice, modern and spacious with a very well designed and decorated bathroom with a large shower.

Breakfast was good, staff were helpful in helping me with with heating baby food etc. and the overall food selection was good

The only thing which i could complain about was waiting on the lifts at busy times.

Would certainly stay again

The interior was all in good shape and the bedroom was quite spacious. Breakfast was also good. Finding out how to use the shower was the only problem I had.

TERRIBLE HOTEL! Been to better 2 star hotels than this. Food is cold and terrible quality (wouldn't even feed it to a dog) no variety and repetitive. staff and management are extremely rude and have no sense or customer service. Did not feel like my concerns and upsets were being taken into consideration. After checking out early and waiting around for a coach My friend was physically forced awake being told it's a public area and no napping is allowed! Who do they think they are. DO NOT GO!

Novotel World Forum is my go to hotel in The Hague. The location is a little far from the city centre in my opinion if you don't have a car/bike, but the public transportation is 10 minutes from the hotel. The rooms are big and are beautiful modeled and decorated. The bed is great and the bathroom is very relaxed to be in. The whole room was well cleaned. A small point of notice could be, that the room has small trash cans. But that's only a problem when I'm really nit-picking. The service are nice and helpfull. As you probably have noticed by now, I had an great stay (again). And I'm going back whenever I need to stay in The Hague.
