Great hotel, close to the city centre (taxi) and the beach (rental bicycles). Soft bed, but I always take off the soft cover.

Modern and nice hotel with welcome lobby. Cosy rooms, comfi beds, clean and nice. Helpful and very nice personel. lnternal parking is also extra benefit. Recommend.

Comfortable, nicely decorated rooms. Friendly staff, but it was odd that many didn't speak dutch in a dutch hotel. For the price of the breakfast, I expect fresh orange juice, more kinds of fruit, special cheeses, and not just the standard stuff.

Renovated Hotel the location is good for museums not that good for night life but the hotel facelift is nice the hotel staff is friendly and polite .

While this is not an ideal location for tourists, those who will be spending their visit in the international zone will be very comfortable here. I have stayed here twice and have been impressed by the friendly service and comfortable rooms. I was able to check-in early at no extra charge, the wifi was reliable and easy to connect to, the rooms were spotlessly clean and well-stocked with large, soft towels. The breakfast buffet has lots of options with a nice balance between hot and cold, sweet and savoury choices. The croissants were my favourite - warm and flaky!

Great hotel. Rooms are big, tastefully decorated and we'll equipped. Located right near the Peace Palace and right next to one of the major museums. Also a quick walk takes you to a nice high Street with a bunch of good restaurants. Also about a 20 mins drive from the seaside area and not much farther to Gouda. A good alternative to staying in Amsterdam.

Location is a little bit outside the center, but on the way to the beach and with public transportation close. The hotel has been refurbished recently and looks brand new. Rooms are European size but very convenient. The restaurant is nice and breakfast choices are great. Also there is a business lounge with snacks at certain hours and a nice quiet place to have a drink or do some work. I would recommend this hotel unless you are hoping to be in the middle of the vibrant part of town.

The staff was very polite and their guest service was wonderful. The only reason I'm rating as four stars instead of five is the cleanliness of the room. When we arrived at the room, at first glance, the room was spotless. We left for dinner and returned late. When I got into bed, there were peanuts on the carpet between the nightstand and the bed. Like, more than a handful. I also discovered them under the bed. I wore socks since obviously the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. The next day we went out for the day, but upon returning, the peanuts were still there. I also found a thick black hair on the bathroom counter, which did not belong to neither my friend or I since we are both blonde. Conveniently, the housekeeping staff left a vacuum cleaner (along with cart full of dirty towels)in the hallway, so I "borrowed" the vacuum cleaner for a few minutes and vacuumed the peanuts myself. Coming from 25 years in the hotel/hospitality industry, I'm willing to give this hotel another opportunity for my business next time I return. It was very nice that the front desk asked how our stay was, but due to how busy check-out time was in the lobby, I didn't think it was the time to go into this detail.

The team made my stay extra special. The hotel is not located by the center of town, but there is a tram close by that gets you to the center within 10 minutes. Also, easy to take the tram to the beach.

Excellent location near to the world forum. Rooms was clean. Executive lounge was well stoked with food and beverages. One star less because of poor Internet service.

Great bed. Good breakfast. Fitness suite is a generous title for a room with a treadmill and a couple of weights. Last time I had a dressing gown and slippers but not this time No English breakfast tea in my room - take your own!

The smaller beds in the 3 person room could be improved, like a lot. I have never had this much pain in my back. All besides that the food is great and all the workers are really helpfull.
