Nice and clean but area is not for tourists you need to walk half an hour for restaurants outside the hotel

Good room but not very clean. There were long hairs in the basin and on the floor, and it looked like the maid had left in a hurry as the cleaning cloth was still lying in the basin. I deposited it in the bin. It is not easy to shower in the bath, the whole bathroom got wet, and they should shoot the person who designed the small shelf above the basin. It just makes it impossible to wash your face in the basin, or even to brush your teeth.

Great location. Only two stops from the Den Haag city centre, and a less than five minutes' walk to the station. The rooms were clean as well, and the staff were very helpful.

2nd stay at NH and just as good as the first time! Staff are courteous and the room was clean. The location is great as only 1min walk to the tram stop. A slightly bigger room and better hot breakfast and it would be 5 stars from me!

Very uncooperative staff, its hard to connect them from other country. Communication is a challenge and they do not understand the situation of the client and not at all flexible to help. someone misused my account and made fraud booking, this hotel is not enough considerate to consider the cancellation request as I found this in right time before 4 days of actual check in date and informed hotel and Hotwire in time.

I really loved this hotel. The room was huge and the bathroom had a bathtub. The breakfast was delicious and very complete. Only issue was that they couldn't provide a room with double bed, so we had two single beds instead.

Spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Free WiFi. Free coffee and tea. Very helpful and friendly staff. Only drawback is that its not near to amenities and sights.

NH Den Haag has a nice staff and serves an excellent breakfast buffet. The rooms are neat and clean. The hotel is situated near an metro station that leads directly to the main train station of The Hague. The hotel has a so called 'lazy sunday' checkout which means that you don't have to checkout until 5 PM. So if you wish, you can leave your luggage in your room the day of your checkout, visit the city and come back in the late afternoon to have a nice shower before you leave.

Located at the WTC all interesting quarters are minutes away to drive to. Even by foot you will find some shops and restaurants. Reception-hall is over-acoustic, not very discrete.. Rooms are clean and clever, nicely designed. But the place is noisy at night, due to traffic-noise from cars and railway. Sleeping with open window is not possible, but the ac works fine with adjustable fanspeed and temperature. We didn't try the optional breakfast but that is always fine at NH. Dogs cost 20 € and tax is 3,50 extra per night. No pool, but a fitness-center with small sauna, 18 € for that. Overall a pleasant stay, maybe more likely for business needs.

Really nice and clean room. Great bathroom and every TV channel you could wish for. Nice breakfast with lots of choice. Easy to get to by tram. Great hotel if you're in The Hague for a few days.
