Acceptable business hotel, extremely close to the Shell office, and the train station. Service, facilities all fine, nothing exceptional , nothing to complain about either.

Not bad but not outstanding since it is a 4star hotel. I hated the bathroom without roof: no problem if you're alone in the room, otherwise The restaurant was very good and is worth the stay!

Ok-ish hotel, the wifi works decently, it's reasonable clean and the service at reception is good. It's starting to show its age, on my last stay there where multiple wall panels removed, showing the buildings plumbing behind (as was on my previous stay at a different floor in a different section). The glass bathroom keeps me puzzled as to why? The plastic shower fixtures are nearing the end of their lifespan. In multiple stays over the years I never had one where all nozzles work.
The restaurant is good, although the menu doesn't change very much. If you stay for work/course at Shell Rijswijk it's the closest you can get next to sleeping in a meeting room.response / report this review -

Is a nice hotel but has details that for me will take away its 4 stars. The check in when asked a question the person in the front desk continued talking to his colleagues so I had to "interrupt" him a couple of times. The phone in the room was not working and we had to go to the restaurant to actually get room service. Once up we did get the dinner but we asked for drinks and they didn't bring an opener and because the phone was not working we had to go down again to get it. The Way the bill is presented in the Check out was not very clear on showing the total amount payed specially by the restaurant.

Impressive hotel with friendly staff, a decent but huge breakfast. The innovative bathroom was something new, but took some time getting used to. Overall a pleasant experience.

Excellent hotel! Location is great with tram stopping by just outside. Note: always ask for daily transport card instead of a one way ticket- 3,5€ vs. 6,5€. The only disadvantage of the hotel is that the bathroom is not isolated from the room so all the shower steam enters the room plus the glass doors.. good shower though.. :-)

Good enough for a business trip. Nice table to work on. Hard mattress which I liked. Bath is an oddity with it jutting into the bedroom. Breakfast options are modest for the rate charged.

We had a great time! The restaurant has a piano and delicious food. The hotel very close to the Hague and to the beach - Scheveningen. Dogs are allowed. Very good breakfast!
