Definitely nice hotel.
Stuff is good, breakfast is good. The bed was very comfortable. There is a small gym on a top floor with a great view from it.
However noise protection is not good, woke up several times because of noise from the street. And I didn’t like the bathroom..response / report this review -

It certainly disappointed at it's 4-star rating. The location is great but the hotel is really really dated and desperately need refurbishing. A/C didn't even work and it was about 28 degrees in the room

Decent hotel, excellent location right in the middle of city center. Trams and buses oly from just outside the entrance. Plethora of shopping options available! Rooms are average but comfortable.

A pleasant place to stay with the main virtue being the wonderfully central location.
There is a decent fitness centre with a lovely skyline view of The Hague and plenty of open space for practicing yoga or high intensity interval training in addition to the cardio machines and free weight dumbbells.
Dedicated gluten free foods are available for breakfast. Lunch and evening food is ordered in from an outside restaurant and there are plenty of gluten free options on that too. However if you do stay here, eat out nearby, there are many interesting places.response / report this review -

The hotel is in the city and has got a parking garage with a car lift. Many attractions, stores and restaurants can be reached by walk. Tram and bus stop is 1 minute walk away. Breakfast is great offering huge choice of meals, also for children. Rooms are OK and clean, but don't look very modern. The team is helpful and kind.

Room is clean and spacious with very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet food was fresh and delicious or there is also a lovely place to eat next to the hotel. Beside the hotel entrance is a small alley that lead you behind the hotel to a shopping street with many stores for electronics, food, or clothes. There is also a station right in front for your traveling needs. Highly recommend.

We stayed at this Novotel during July, 2016. The hotel itself was very clean and fairly modern. The room was nicely designed and decorated, and decently large for a downtown European hotel. The breakfast offered downstairs wa fantastic, though a little bit pricey.
As far as the location is concerned, the hotel is close to a few of the more interesting museums and close to Den Haag central station as well. Two of the cities most lively nightlife squares are within a ten-minute walk, offering great food and beer at fairly low prices.
All in all, a great hotel to stay at for a few days while exploring the city.response / report this review
