I got what I expected. Fairly clean, staff wasn't the friendliest. Bed a little beat up, but again, I didn't expect much. However it was more expensive than other places of similar or slightly better service and condition. Normally I give 3 stars to a hotel like this.

A pleasant hotel in the centre of Amsterdam. It has good transport connections and is right in the middle of the Red Light District. The staircases are a little steep and the breakfast is nothing to write home about. The rooms are quite spacious, some are a bit dated but serve their purpose for a budget stay in the city.

First told us couldn't find us in system, then said he found our 2 rooms but wouldn't give our second roomkey, now wanted to put us in same room. All ended fine but it was a bit weird

The place did the job I suppose. It wasn't the most cleanest of hotels and the bathroom flooded everyone someone used the shower. Location wise, it's a great spot for stag doos. Don't expect much sleep as the windows aren't double glazed so it's loud until the real early hours.

It does exactly what you want a hotel in Amsterdam to do, it's literally somewhere to get your head down, just remember it's in the middle of the RLD so noise is standard but for what it is and what it costs it's alright

Very nice staff, parked out car behind the hotel though that part of Amsterdam is so crowded I wouldn't recommend bringing a car in. Shared bathroom but rooms seemed pretty clean but small.

Located on the edge of the red light district (still inside it), but very close to the station. Small, basic rooms, shower and bathroom very clean and modern. Great breakfast service. Staff were fine with our late check in. A decent hotel. Wouldn't stay again as there are better options in this price range, but if its the only one available (as it was in my case), then you will be satisified

Overpriced ghetto fabulous hostel. Super noisy, drunk, tenants. The staff is rude and do not know the meaning of customer service. It's dirty and seriously ghetto. I have stayed at motels in better condition than this nearly €200 a night hotel.

The good thing about this hotel is that it is situated smack in the centre of the city and the beds are good. The staff is also friendly enough, but don't seem to care too much about running a hotel.

The staff sits in the lobby smoking, so the smell there is pretty bad. Parts of the breakfast - the cereals - are left standing out all day, so they get a nice and smoky taste. Breakfast is only on between 8 and 9, which seems to be a cost-cutting meassure, since the hotel is in the middle of the party district, so most guests won't be awake to enjoy breakfast. The staff starts clearing the tables at 8:45, so you have to be fast. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, unless you're in town for partying. If that's the case, the location is perfect and everything is close by.
