Better of the budget hotels. Clean rooms, great water pressure, weird floor layout and you have to take two elevators to access different sections of the hotel.
Decent sized bar with a fireplace. Great location to walk to almost all the tourist spots in Amsterdam. Got a Mexican, Indian, Chinese, and Irish pub and police station with 50 meters of the hotel.
Some rooms have windows that are not locked. Smoking through them will result in first warning before a €150 fine.response / report this review -

The only place we stay when in dam. We've tried others but nothing comes close to Inntel.
Great rooms, very clean and so central.
Staff are always wonderful too. They put a complimentary bottle of champagne in my room for my birthday, which was a lovely touch.

Nice hotel. Great location. A bit outdated so could do with some modernisation. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Highly recommended to anyone thinking of staying.

Being Amsterdam this hotel is located close to everything ( station, restaurants, coffee shops and site seeing. The bed in the room was perfect TV was a bit small tho. Not much of a view out the window but then again your in the city centre. Staff are very friendly and happy to help. Will stay again

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We got our room right away at 10 am. The room was normal sized to maybe a bit bigger size for Europe. The beds were comfortable. There is a restaurant in the hotel. The location is great. Would stay here again!

Not at all like a 4* which they claim to be. Most of the rooms have pathetic view from the windows, let alone okay or bad. The rooms are oddly shaped, the corridors are dull and poorly lit, the hotel comprises of two buildings so if you have to go to the one which is on the backside, you have yo change lifts which is frustrating. I could go on but I would not recommend this for the kind of money the charge.

Our Intel Hotel experience was fairly good. Reception staff were cheerful and welcoming. Location of the hotel is pretty good. On the weekend loud noises could be heard from the streets, through the room windows, other than that there was little disturbance. Our room was crispy clean every day when we returned.
We were even able to borrow umbrellas from the reception, when it rained one day. Its also possible to buy tram tickets from the reception, if you are using using public transport. The tram stop is literally two minutes from the hotel entrance.
Nice lounge with a modern fire place at the entrance, though could do with better lighting solutions. Overall it was good value for money.response / report this review -

The hotel was a great find in Amsterdam. It is located on a cute plaza, and easy to find from the train station. The bed was soft and the room spacious (by Europe standards).

Good launch point for a day's adventure to a number of great sights both near and far from the city center. Staff were friendly, rooms pretty much as advertised & comfortable.

It was my first time in Amsterdam and I was happy with the choice. The hotel is at walking distance from Dam square, very close to everything you may need, including a metro station and the train station. Just in front of the hotel there is a new police station, so I assure you the area is very safe. Since I have no other experiences in the Netherlands, I would refer to other Nordic countries when speaking about cleanliness and room space: it was OK, not the best I have been to. The staff at the front desk was sometimes very helpful, sometimes less helpful (people there was changing all the time!!). Overall, a very nice hotel for the price. I recommend it.
