I don't know what to say about this hotel as I would probably sound like their marketing department!
This was my second stay at this hotel and l I can say is AWESOME!!!
This is the equivalent of a Hilton in the US and it is a truly fantastic property.
My rooms have always been very clean, well equipped and oh so comfortable!!!
The staff is second to none and the location is perfect.
The hotel sits just off the Leidersplein (I am sure I slaughtered the spelling on that) and is convenient to all trolley's, restaurants and night life.
Dam Square is just a 15 minute walk and the walk is an experience in itself. The city is so safe you can walk the streets at 2 AM and not feel any threat around you (regardless, when visiting any city do be aware of your surroundings).
With no hesitation, I recommend this hotel!!! Have a great stay!!!response / report this review -

Great location, very clean, very well put together facility. The exercise facilities downstairs are up to date and the breakfast/restaurant has a great selection. The rooms themselves are very new and well furnished. The mattress quality is the only thing I would point out, but I love it! I came here to live, not to sleep.

First room had broken tub and toilet. They were quick to give us another room. Helpful staff and bar staff for sure. The rest is what you might expect at this price point. Great location!

Great customer service and location, just a few minutes walk from shopping and the red light district. Rooms were fairly basic and a good size as I was travelling alone.

Friendly helpful staff. The room was clean and tidy and ready for our arrival. Location is close to tram stops so easy to get around. Didn't eat here but restaurant looked nice. Beds comfy.

Is central. Directly opposite CS Amsterdam. Is in hart of old city and on top of China town. Loads of great Asian restaurants. Also you have a lot of old dutch bruin cafes serving a great assortment of beers

Room 130, very quiet. Average Internet. Speed but free. They started to take 50 euros from your bank account that will be released after a few working days if you haven't consumed anything from the mini bar, some might not like this.

Was very nice and clean, we were given a free room upgrade to a superior room. Breakfast was nice with plenty to choose from, and it's location makes it easy to get around.

Hotel is very clean, staff very polite. Lighting in the room is a little dim, but otherwise very nice rooms. Hotel is very close to the main museums and some nice restaurants and bars.

First of all this is my second time at this hotel and it was even better this time. I had e-mailed the hotel in advance to check that they got my reservation because this was my wedding anniversary trip and didn't want any screw ups. The second they heard we where celebrating they pulled all the stops. Lot's of rose pedals bottle of Cava upgraded room it was heaven.
Hotel is located in the center so it doesn't get any better. Staff is super friendly and will do anything to make sure u are happy. So If u want an awesome trip this is the place!!!!response / report this review -

Spacious room (compared with my experience in similar prices in Europe), friendly, courteous staff that were helpful and attentive to our questions and requests. Located in a very central location but isolation is fantastic very quiet in my room. Cannot comment on the view as my room faced a roof with A/C and piping. Didn't mind it cause room was fine. One of the bulbs in the wash room didn't work, I reported it at the lobby but it was not fixed during my 3 day stay. Got a 2 single bed instead of the double bed ordered but was so tired I didn't complain or try to change. 10 minutes after arrival a staff member knocked on the door offering a bottle of water and candy, thought it was a nice touch.
