A great spot, food was phenomenal. Gluten free and vegan options available. We have the coconut chicken soup and beef kabobs; both were great.

The owners are mostly on site and great knowledgeable people. Can’t wait to return

Loved this place, it was the perfect balance of everything - food, company and activities (great base for Maderas and estuary kayak).

Dorm room is generously sized (although only have max 6 people in it when I stayed) and comfortable.

While their food is not as cheap as elsewhere in Nicaragua (i.e. dinner $US7-9), you really can't beat the quality! Try the veggie burger and Finca Mystica and Colada smoothies with rum.

Finca Mystica is my new benchmark for all other accomodation and worth the extra effort to get there.

Perfect get away for those looking to connect with nature. The onwers are wonderful ppl they take care of everyone like family. Food is organic! Beautiful Lake view from the volcano!

Finca Mystica was totally delightful. The cabins are beautiful and very comfortable, the food is excellent and inexpensive, and the owners and their staff are very helpful and fun. We climbed to the nearby waterfall which is spectacular and enjoyed kayaking in the lake. A perfect stay!

We went to Finca Mystica for the adventure. We wanted our kids to see and hear the wild nature of Nicaragua, and Mystica didn't fail to impress. A highlight being on our night walk back to our Cabin, with an unpolluted view of the Milkyway thru dozens of blinking Fireflies, and a lightening storm on the distant horizon. All to the night sounds of the jungle.
The staff are friendly and extemely helpful, from our arrival at the ferry in San Jorge to our departure taxi to Playa Santana.
The kitchen provided a selection delicious options that left us looking forward to the nightly feast.
We would highly recommend Finca Mystica to all ages of adventures.

Stayed here for 4 nights and could not have asked for a more relaxing and accommodating place to enjoy the beauty of Ometepe. Food was fresh and downright tasty. Our cabin was super comfortable with an even nicer shower than we have at home. These guys hooked us up with a great guide up the Maderas volcano and even set us up with a taxi for our next destination on the mainland. A true gem!

Beautiful spot, perfect mix of good food and service in respect on nature and local community. Optimal sleeping condition in the middle of the jungle. Food is entirely produced by the place (fruit, chicken, pork etc..). The owner is amazing and same for the rest of the staff. Very good vibe. Would definitely go back.

Our favorite place in Nicaragua. The couple who owns (and their cute little daughter) is very sweet and genuine. The location is perfect (near the waterfall, hiking points, and beach), and the food is the best we've had in a long time, so delicious and ingredients from their own garden. Plenty of hammocks and chairs to waste the day away reading from their great book exchange. Also a nature trail that is a fun 1 mile stroll around the property. The room was beautiful and built with love from the owner. Whenever we stay somewhere we don't like very much, we always joke, "Can we just go back to Finca Mystica".

We stayed at Finca Mystica for 4 days and I cannot recommend it enough, words cannot describe how special this place is. The beautifully designed and handmade huts that are available are spacious and have everything you need, the location is great and well worth the 1 hour taxi ride from the ferry, there are plenty of activities and things to do such as horse riding to the waterfall (highly recommended) , hiking up the volcano, kayaking with Caymans and a chance to see all kinds of tropical birds and monkeys, nature trails and match more! The food offered is delicious and every evening a meal of your choice is cooked and eaten together. What touched us the most is how kind and friendly the staff and the people of this village are, even though many don't have much they will always give you a smile and say hello, lastly we want to mention the care and thought that we received throughout from the owners who put themselves last and go out of their way to make sure everyone is happy, THANK YOU so much Ryan, Angela and Jazmine for making our trip so incredibly special. You're a true inspiration and we will definitely be back! Jennifer & James

Beautiful property and very friendly owners (Ryan & Angela).

I stayed in the dorm, which has 6 queen sized beds in a huge room. Best dorm I had stayed.

Spacious and clean, and as they only have a few cabins on the property, everyone gathers around during dinner time for a meal.

Food here is amazing, with dinner menu changing every night. Everything is grown at their farm, so food is fresh.
