  Photos definitely flatter the place on Hostel world, it's pretty bare-bones and the food isn't great. They overbooked us one night and tried to move us into a little shack with a double bed and one very uncomfortable cot for $30 a night! The price for the dorms is ok, nice waterfront location.

  Kleines schnuckeliges Hostal wirklich direkt am Wasser! Ei wenig beschwerliche Anfahrt, aber es lohnt sich! Saubere Zimmer und sehr gutes Essen. Echtes Nicaragua Feeling!

  Amazing cute small hostel next to the lake. Has in total 5 very nice room and a dorm. All share the showers and toilets. Very nice staff that can give you tips about exploring the island, serves great breakfast and other meals. The sunset here is magical.

  Excellent endroit pour passer quelques jours de repos dans un cadre exceptionnel et en compagnie de locaux. Un ami à trouvé ce lieu, je l'ai rejoins avec deux autres amis, puis deux autres nous ont rejoint. Partis pour rester 2 ou 3 jours, on est restés plus d'une semaine, une expérience inoubliable.

  Super endroit très calme et reposant. Pensez à prendre une lampe frontale en cas de coupure d'électricité. Sinon on y laisse très vite une cheville. Si vous aimez la tranquillité, vous y trouverez votre compte.

  I love this place. We stayed for three days (room #1) after riding by on bikes and seeing their sign. Perfect location, good food, very friendly and accommodating staff. Would definitely stay again. Gracias por todo, Los Chocoyos!

  Dorms not nice but if you look for a remote place that's the place to go. Breakfast with lake view and tastes very good
