If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

The staff here is wonderful when I arrived it was very clean and I was greeted as soon as I enter the door. There is an amazing view right from the waiting area in the lobby. You can see the pool and the beach from there. The snack bar was amazing they were very punctual and friendly. It's great that they have a restroom right by the snack bar as well.

Close to the main strip but far enough away to not hear the loud thumping noises as if you stayed right on it. Which we did the first two nights. You can walk to Quinta Avenida from here. The hotel itself was decent, you get what you pay for. It was the cheapest all inclusive we could find. The only thing I really didn't like was the annoying half our sales pitch they gave us right after we checked in. I was tired, dirty, hungry and thirsty and just wanted to go to my room. The food was mediocre at best. But again. You get what you pay for. I would stay here again

Very nice well maintained resort! I am pleasantly surprised!
Rooms are large and a bit dated but they are clean! Bathrooms are again a bit dated but they are clean! My only complaint about the bathroom is the water is just warm!
The staff is all fantastic and very helpful! The buffet is good with many choices! The Italian restaurant was very good! We didn't try the other one!
The resort is small but after always staying at big resorts, I'm really liking this place! The beach is great and pool is good!
    I would come back again!

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

This is the most amazing resort I've ever stayed at.. The rooms were very clean the beds were very comfortable.. The staff went above and beyond for all customers at the resort.. The hospitality that you receive at this resort is by far better then I have received at a few 5☆ resorts .. I would recommend this resort to all.. It is very affordable.. Check it out.. you wont be disappointed..

FALSE ADVERTISING. This place is so tiny, everything is outdated in the rooms, the food is horrible and my friend got food poisoning from it. The beach area has about 20 boats parked right in front of your view that doesn’t move the entire time. The staff has a hard time understanding English. You think you’ve bought the all inclusive package but when you arrive you have to upgrade to have access to the only 2 decent restaurants. Also we paid for the upgrade and didn’t even recieve half the stuff it said it offered. The only decent thing I can say about this place is the Japanese steak house was pretty good food (although you have to pay extra to go there). Save your money and go elsewhere! We won’t be coming back

This resort is decently priced, however, there is no hot water available. I read a few reviews before we went, saying the same thing, but figured it was a day/ week where there might have been a problem. Also, my friend and I were actually robbed by the local police, who have a station right outside of the resort. They took 100 USD from my wallet and my 500$ camera. The police did nothing about it when we tried to file an incident report. When I tried to file an incident report with the hotel, the staff actually made fun of me, and did not do anything. I waited tables for several years through university and post university, so I know a thing or two about ostentatious slander, but this resort was very rude to us, even though we tipped graciously wherever we went and at the resort. If you go, just be safe, because you have thieves literally at the doorstep of this resort.

Beach is filled with seaweed. Bars close at 11pm, except the sports bar, which by the way is not all that great. The buffet food is horrible. The Samaria restaurant is the only good thing with reservations. The other hotel Playa Car which they allow you to enjoy has a better beach but same atmosphere. I will not be coming back here. The waiters and bartender's look miserable. If you want any type of activity you have to take a cab to 5th Ave or walk. My opinion look for a place in Cancun.

I liked the staff and facilities, but needed improvement in food quality. The beach could have been better without all the boats on the way but that can be fixed by just taking a little walk more north. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Awesome resort, amazing beach view, breathing view from the dinning area,
very clean and hop skip jump to the Beach!
There are people in charge who constantly keep cleaning the seaweed at shore!
The resort has a pool bar, pool for adults and kids. The resort in charge team conducts lot of activities such as beach volleyball, pool volleyball, early morning yoga sessions, salsa dance class, Spanish class, games at night near the pool area.
Every evening they have various artists performing variety of dance shows such as Mexican folk dance, the Carribean dance show, Contemporary dance show.

The food is OK not much vegan options but lot of non veg options at the buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, constant service from the waiters for beverages and drinks. There are two other kitchens that provide food when the dinning is is not serving.
    (PLEASE drink bottled water only)

Excellent place to stay and enjoy with family and friends by the beach, very near from 5th avenue!

Although I think that it's not worth 4 stars, it's more like 3.5. The staff was very friendly, booked our trips and excursions with Mayaland and it was great! The food was mediocre but at least breakfast was very good.

We've been to an awful lot of resorts in Mexico, both large chains and small boutiques. This was just OK. Small and quant with good food and fun people. A quick but treacherous walk around the wall at the beach will take you to a really cool beach club, not included in the price of the resort. *Now for the pool, which is a very important part of my vacation. There was not a lot of music or activities and the water was FILTHY on some days. I don't know if they were having a problem with the filtration system or what but OMG was it gross! Also, there's a raccoon that lives in one of the teach cans and he runs around all day and night. He doesn't seem to bother anyone though.
*The walk to town just take a cab. Even though they are money hustlers and price gauging fares, it'll be a lot safer. This area is not like it used to be. A romantic walk through the touristy streets in playa and we were offered cocaine and heroine in the first 5 mins "Try before you buy".

Food options were below average for an all-inclusive. The ocean view was also subpar with a view of several small boats docked in front of the hotel. The beach was poor as well It is probably one of the least expensive all inclusives So if price is king that's the one area they do well. Watch out for the timeshare sales experience They push it hard right from the moment you check in.
