We had a suite with a pool right out the room. Beautiful setup and roomy units.

The service wasn't good. The room wasn't ready. The AC and the hot water wasn't working.
There is a restaurant only for the day. If you don't jave a car don't go there. The beach is beautiful and it was the only interest of this place. Also we were supposed to have a pool front of the apartment but it wasn't deep.

The condo was very nice and spacious! It was three bedroom with 3 1/2 half baths. It was perfect for me and my friends. It had all the accommodations that a house would have. The view was very pretty. The pool is huge and it was just a short walk to the beach. Natalia was wonderful!! She was willing to help book any tours or adventures and booked our transportation for us. I would recommend this property to anyone!!

I would first start with how poorly the service is at this "resort" the staff at the front desk is extremely rude. They were not helpful nor had sympathy for our family, when having our ac not running thought out the whole night and half of the next day still. It took them more than 24 hrs to finally send a professional technician to fix the issue, not mentioning that we reported this issue first thing in the morning and didn't get fixed till hours later. We would communicate with the staff through text and instead of responding they would read the messages but would not respond till hours later. Also when complaining after several times for staff to get it fixed immediately since we had an infant in the room the staff responded with "that's exactly how we also sleep at home sometimes with no AC" Secondly, I would also like to add that in one of the bedrooms it was more than noticeable that the cleaning staff did not change sheets from previous people. The sheets had stains and pillow cases were dirty and undone, you could tell someone had slept in that bed. Thirdly, I would highly recommend for you not to stay at this place due to the insane amount of money you would waste on taxis. Everything is far from this place, at this resort you won't find a convenient store that stays open thought the day, not to mention that also the ONLY restaurant closes at 5 p.m with a very limited menu. In addition to this bad experience we did also notice that some of our belongings were missing. Lastly, at this place they call "resort" more like abandoned condos with no lights whatsoever at night and a 4.5ft pool with no lights. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE!

One the greatest departament development on Playa del Carmen. Inside the exclusive Grand Coral Complex. Definitely one of the biggest swimming pools around. great ocean front.

We booked 7 nights, not realizing at first these were condos. We are here during the off season however the beaches were uncrowded. The beach club has a nice selection of food, and decent drinks. The front desk assists with finding taxis to bring you into playa del Carmen as it's far enough away to not be walkable. Would recommend for anyone looking for a private getaway.

Excellent facility , strict check in and check out policy and timing. Lacking soaps as other reviewers mentioned. Having a car is a must. Needs more attention to maintenance as the facilities are getting exhausted.

I like the large rooms but they are lacking in many ways. Most service apartments I stay at at lease provide dish washer detergent and laundry detergent. There are no phones in the rooms to call the front desk and I do wish that the front desk staff spoke a little more english.

The cleaning lady came and I said that we Weren't ready and she say that she'll come back later. We came home in the evening and our room was not cleaned at all. I went to reception and she marked that we didn't want our rooms cleaned. I never told her that.

Bottom line, place is nice and clean, huge! But a little empty which is a little eerie. The service leaves much to be desired.

I would call it the best place to stay in Playa del Carmen. It has a huge pool landscape and nobody in there. A lot of the condos seem to be empty, so you are totally alone at this well maintained place.
    I loved it!

This place is a disaster. Empty as a zombie apocalypse. Half of the amenities they advertised were gone - hammocks, etc. Poolside bar and snack bar weren't staffed, but they had piles of trash on them. No lifeguard on duty. And this was during Spring Break! Also the massive pool is 4 1/2 feet deep throughout, so smaller kids can't touch the bottom. And then they charged us for breaking an item that we never even saw in the room and definitely didn't use. Scam alert.

The restaurant area where the swimming pool is needs to be child proof. Electrical cords are showing and flooring is uneven. Not very clean. Mattresses are missing or in bad condition. Waiters very friendly. Small children in the pool with no diapers. Pool not very clean. Drinks and food good very good. But from a health and safety point of view, needs revision.
