Economical hotel on the water. Good for divers as most shops will pull up and pick you up. Lacks most amenities and Wi-Fi is minimal.

Home of the no name bar. Very "metrosexual" kind of vibe, and usually full of cruise ship staff getting hammered by the pool. Still, descent beer prices and it is on the water. Good choice if you want sun and suds.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Friendly staff. Great view. Great location. I was apprehensive about noise and pool parties. However, we stayed Sunday through Thursday and it was very peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

Basic accommodations but clean. Fridge in room and a/c worked well. They use to try and make you buy a drinks to use the patio even for hotel guests. Strange practice. The snorkeling is great all up and down the coast walk down to car ferry and float back hug the shore lots to see. Now the bad. The music starts early in the morning and it is loud, so if you want to sleep in forget about it. The boat dock area is not safe to swim in when the dive boats show up they will run your ass over man,woman,or child.
It was cheap for my stay less than thirty a night. So there's good and bad. I am over 50 so maybe some of those things won't bother you.
Also the bar is a party place for the cruise ship staffs so it is pretty rowdy when they show up and the pool is gross.response / report this review -

Great place to relax. We had a swim and a margarita after a long travel day - wonderful way to ease into island life.

Ok the bads first. no elevator, internet available in lobby or by paying in room but even then not great, had a pair of sandals go missing from room (but who knows for sure what happened, maybe it's our fault), some bugs in room when anything is left on the counter. Not top notch but has everything you could need without an all inclusive. Amazing views, ocean access, nice pool, poolside bar, great friendly midwesterners running the bar next door (no name bar). Right by stores and shops. Friendly staff. Good hot water, nice room setup, mini fridge, patio, definitely worth the money!!! Used the money we saved and took an amazing tour of Cozumel from Cozumel cruise excursions. Best day of our trip!!!

There are other hotels on the island with better pricing but more amenities ok as a last-resort but consider other options first.

This is a basic dive hoteldive as for scuba divers. It is clean, safe, and great location. It is not an all inclusive and the amenities are sparse. The beds are hard but I love a firm bed. The staff is helpful. Downsidethey are renting to the No Name Bar so during the day, the place can get a bit noisy. Howeverby nightfall it was once again quiet. I've stayed here several times and always liked it.
