So relaxing. And we had the place to ourselves for the low price of $30 pp for a daytrip, which includes a $25 bar tab. Infinity pool, hot tub, ocean view and access, sand and Cabana. Bring cash as their cc machine doesn't always work well.

we stayed for 8 days.Great pool area and hot tub, staff is very kind but that's about it. our room had a faulty air conditioner that spit ice and was super loud room 301. we tried to switch in the middle but they said everything was booked up. we got switched the final night. The rooms could use a fridge and the restaurant portions are small and overpriced. we ordered poached eggs and the eggs were extremely over cooked we complained but were still charged. I wouldn't recommend a long stay here maybe 1 night. there are better places for the money.

The best pet friendly hotel in Cozumel! They were filming an HGTV special when we were there last time and were given tons of free drinks and food to get out (move three feet) out of their shots. One of the best non all inclusive hotels on the island.response / report this review -

Never been to Cozumel before but this place has a beautiful view of the ocean, cheap prices for food, good drinks, and a hot tub and pool right next up against the shore. Be aware that they will mark prices up if you're not using pesos (and bank on you not noticing or doing the conversions yourself). It's still reasonable prices though.

Prizes are overrated. Hotel rooms are poorly maintained and equipped: beds are in a bad condition, rooms have old furniture and neglected facilities. Staff performance is a little bit less than regular: friendly but inefficient. A shame: has an extraordinary location.

We just returned from Hotel B after a week long vacation.
The good.
Very clean hotel. One of my favorite things about the hotel was the cleanliness. Every time we came back to our room after a day of discovering the island, it was very clean and always smelled great. All of the other areas of the hotel were also clean. Not once did I have an issue with dirty tables or locations inside the hotel.
The food is fantastic. We ordered several things during our stay and we were not disappointed. The prices are not bad at all and they serve big portions. The breakfast that was included had 3 different options which were all delicious.
The location - if you want a beach this is not the place for you, however I had the best time of my life with a cheap snorkel mask. The water is amazing and there is tons of marine life just outside of your room.
Accommodations - I had a guest come visit me twice, he used a guest pass. During his first visit a group of tourists cane in a requested a day pass. The hotel had already given out many guest passes and they did not allow then in, however, because we were guests they actually allowed my guest to come in which was very nice of then to do.
I did not have any issues with electricity as some have had in the reviews.
They had an event on a Thursday which was nice. It ended fairly early as to not keep the guests up too long.
The bad - customer service
This is a 50/50 bad review as the customer service was very good when you approached the waiters or staff. If you asked for the things you needed they were very accommodating and helpful but if you waited for them to come to you and ask if you needed something you would wait forever.
There was also a funny incident were we checked in but we're never offered any drinks during our initial visit which I understand could of been due to many reasons but one day I had a question for the guy at reception and a waiter brought me a drink. There were other people checking in and I guess he didn't realize it was for them and neither did I. I thought they were complimentary. The guy at the reception quickly said no it's not for him! And then said, never mind just get another one for the other guests. I thought it was kind of rude but didn't care as they didn't offer me one during my arrival. The juice they served was actually very good.
In conclusion, this is a very good hotel. I think if the staff would have been a bit more friendly and approached the guests a bit more this would have been an even better experience. I would definitely go back but would check other options as well.response / report this review -

Marbella is the absolute best waitress there. The guys aren't as friendly and take ages to recognize people. The room was nice but the AC stopped working. There are no stairs which is frustrating as well

The accomodations are alright, not the best on the island, the service is quite slow. Food is good but what's worth it in this place is the view and the reef right in front of the hotel. It's just stunning. Lots of fish and other sea creatures. You can just go swimming after breakfast or watch the sea from the infinity pool. They offer yoga classes every morning and once a week they make a BBQ by the sea. Also, they put music all day but it's different for every moment of the day, so you can wake up with relaxing bature sounds and swim in the pool in the afternoon listening to The Weeknd or Daft Punk. In sum, really nice place to go swimming but you have to bare with the slow service and the uncomfortable accomodations.

Keep in mind this is a 4 stars hotel.
Overall the hotel is good, however I would personally pass on spending a night in Cozumel, but would just take a ferry, get to this place and ask for a day pass.
The good :
The staff are absolutely great. Almost everyone one working there, and especially the management.
The pool is great (size is like seen in the pictures).
Wonderfull view.
The hotel is practically on the ocean, in some part connected with a small port. There is a way to the ocean from the pool.
There is also a nice raft the hotel placed in the sea next to the hotel.
The bad:
It can be crowded next to the pool and no available chairs even for hotel guests.
There is no elevator.
There is no WiFi on all floors.
I personally had a bad experience - my wallet was stolen next to the pool and later on found by the hotel staff without the money, but with my important cards.
However it's important to mention the hotel staff was very helpful and cooperating.response / report this review
