  Stayed here New Year's Eve (Dec 31, 2014). Nice quiet location by the golf course. Private parking off the street. We had a large room on the ground floor with adjacent but dedicated bathroom. Nice couple - easy to talk to and gave us lots of recommendation (so did other renters.) We had to leave early on both days, but the host managed to make / have some breakfast ready for us. Will stay here again.
