Excellent emplacement. Chambre spacieuse et bien décorées. A 2 minutes de la plage.Excellentes crêpes à la française devant le hôtel. Personnel charmant et competent

Thanks for wasting the whole day of our vacation!!
Booked two rooms through Expedia, upon arrival, the non-English speaking/understanding front desk, informed us, using sign language and Google Translate, that there are NO rooms available. They did confirm our reservations and had copies printed out, but no rooms available, go figure!
First they were as cooperative, as a five -year-old that you are trying to feed vegetables to. Just kept on saying No and that's it. After a little argument they became slightly more cooperative and tried to send us to one of their sister hotels a few blocks from theirs, upon checking the rooms there, not only were they a Huge downgrade, with no refund offered, they were disgusting to say the least.
We demanded to speak to a supervisor or manger and were declined that as well. their reply was: 'they are busy"!
We had to go around the hotel and look for them ourselves. After we found the person in charge, they came back to the front desk with us and had a lengthy conversation with the front desk personnel. Unfortunately for us that did not do much good and we were offered another alternative sister hotel, which was about 10-15 min drive from the location. the pictures on the site looked good and we decided to take a chance with it. took a cab, with our money, and went there. The rooms there were in no way better, if only slightly larger. we had to cancel that reservation and look for an alternative accommodations.
Nothing but horrible, disgusting memories are left from that place and their "friendly" staff.
If you have to sleep on the beach, it might be a better alternative to staying with Jungla Caribe ;)response / report this review -

Cura dei dettagli..giardino tropicale da sballopulizia perfetta..personale gentilissimo e professionalee la posizione da urlo..il tutto ad un prezzo vantaggiosissimo. Per chi vuole
