Really beautiful. It's a short walk to the beach. You'll save on cab rides to the cheaper hotels. Worth it.

Absolutely loved this hotel and the Zen like effect you feel when you are in the enclosed pool and garden area. Special kudos to Manuel at the pool bar and Harry at the restaurant.
The food and beverage at the pool bar was fairly priced and very good.
The convenience to the beach and all that the 5th avenue area offers can't be beat.
Would have given 4.5 stars if it were available rating.

Relaxing and calm little resort. We spent there three nights with 11months old baby and everything went well. We got baby crib and bottle warmer. Breakfast was really good. Beach and shops are close by. Rooms have good sound insulation.

Very nice and lovely hotel. Clean room, very spacious, and also very comfortable. Could have a non-salty water in the shower. Asked the staff for hot water, they told me to use the Nespresso machine in the room, this I did not like.

Very nice and lovely hotel. Clean room, very spacious, and also very comfortable. Could have a non-salty water in the shower. Asked the staff for hot water, they told me to use the Nespresso machine in the room, this I did not like.

If you are looking for a relaxing hotel , don't go there .
There is no service (no telephone in the room to do not disturb them) , there is noise of the clubs inside your room , if you like your croissant or bread as hard as a rock it's the place , if you want a coffee you have to pay this is the " breakfast included" . This place is not cheap at all but very good placed , you can find better than this . We cannot note the service because there are no service , nobody on the front desk can help you , oh yes to find a cab , but will coast you more than a regular cab from the street .

In the middle of the Center of Playa del Carmen but the inside garten offers relaxiation and the bungalow style rooms are spacious and modern. Reception staff was great. Breakfast in a neighbor restaurant was good too. had a wonderful stay.

Olivia (receptionist) deserves 5/5+! She is really nice, always smiles, is very helpful, and speaks great English! She also worked nearly everyday we were here (8 nights). We are really going to miss her hospitality, as well as Harry and Justo in the morning for breakfast, Jose the bellman, and Manuel who made us any drink we wanted regardless of whether or not it was on the menu.

Pool was a little cloudy but fine, rooms were very clean, and the hotel overall was a very comfortable and peaceful place to relax. Breakfast is a buffet with a great variety – quality was good enough for breakfast most days but also fun to explore other places. The Internet was slow, but overall it is a really great location and great price for the amenities and the staff are fun and friendly!
