Just used the hotel as a meeting place for scuba diving excursions. The restaurant was very good and the staff was very friendly.

Amazing boat dock & ocean views!!! Staff & rooms were great, so relaxing sitting at the cool little pool right by the restaurant & dock watching the boats pull in & out. Great place to take kids and have a family getaway in paradise. I loved my stay and the people were very friendly. You must give this spot a look before you book a room. Very clean place, plus the food was Good as well!

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stayed here for 7 days on the second day my freinds had a problem with there room door left open and money moved by the Maides. On the fived day we get back to our rooms and our money is missing. We tell the office and they don’t seem like they care or are bothered. We had a great time but I do not recommend spending your nice time in this hotel !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Close to ferry and a favorite restaraunts of trip - skip hotel restaurant . State of rooms varied (blankets or no, towels or no). Clean, but Desk staff not great. Beautiful landscaping with lizards, birds, fish and eels off dock. cool brick dome in ceiling of first room, G4. Great a/c. Shaded pool.

The room I stayed was on the ground floor. It was extremely dump and smelled moldy. The patio door's lock was broken and the door was kept closed by a broom stick wedged between the door and the frame And finally the bathroom had water leaking from somewhere so the floor was covered in water. On the other hand the common areas (lobby, bar/restaurant and garden) are quite nice and we'll kept and the bed was actually very comfy. I've been here before (6 years ago) and the stuffiness of the room was the same.

The cleaning lady stole my sunglasses, I had put on the door (DO NOT ENTER), she did anyways and cleaned but took my things, she lied to my face and said I needed to file a police report because the resort would not pay me for my sunglasses because they believed her over me. The travel agency sent me half the price for my glasses. Absolutely horrible! Food not too good but staff was nice - THATS IT. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Always read the reviews, after this happened I read other reviews and saw others complaining of theft and cleaning people walking in on them in bed and shower, seeing them baked and it was after they posted the "do not enter" sign. Do not go there.

Money gets stolen here by the cleaners. Please be aware and lock everything away. £80 got stolen and the worst thing was when I told the manager he defended his staff shrugged his shoulders and just smiled at me. This in itself was insulting. Manager stated that cleansers took pictures of my purse and envelope with money in it so they didn't take it. Claiming that I didn't put my money in a safe place. Clearly the staff had gone into my suitecase and unzipped my purse pocket and saw the money and took it and then took a picture. As you can imagine I was fuming at this and it all felt like a plot. Not all of the money was gone but few 20 notes as they thought this would go unnoticed. Please be aware of this and take care of your belongings. The staff are very unhelpful and just laughed when I expressed my worry. Also very stingy on towels and when asked for them they the staff were very unpleasant about it.

Nice location just a short bus ride to beaches, restaurants and bars. Rooms are nice but had to go to pool for WiFi like most of everyone staying there. Staff are very helpful.

It was a place to sleep. Our room was simple and when we first walked in, it smelled of bleach. The bed was very, very firm and the sheets very strongly smelled of bleach. The "continental breakfast" was on most days just toast, coffee and cereal. We only had the house keeper clean the room once and when she did, only the beds were made; everything else was the same. We often had no towels and the restaurant service was very slow. On a good note, the air conditioning was very cold. Definitely will not be staying there again.

Rooms were a little dull but I guess you get what you paid for. Love the little deli that was literally outside of the hotel. Food at the hotels restaurant was good. The location for this hotel is good, it's about 10 min on the bus (1 USD) to the city (where the clubs and popping restaurants are) and 10 min walking distance from the beach. Pharmacy, liquor store and another restaurant is about 2-5 min walking distance away as well.

Very friendly helpful staff!! Rooms on bottom floor need updating. Although check out was at noon they were more than happy to hold our luggage and let us use the facilities until it was time to go to the airport

It has everything you need for a basic hotel stay. Everything was clean. Location is nice but away from bigger resorts in hotel zone. However it's only a five minute ride there. Staff was friendly. Check in was fast.Its great for the price if your not looking for exclusive or all inclusive. I only have it three star as to not compare it to the fancier hotels. I would stay again.
