Plays Azul was nice hotel situated on a the beach Azul. Our room was nice which looked out to the sea and the hotel swimming pool. Overall it was an Ok stay however the hotel staff wasnt particularly friendly and wasn't helpful when we asked about things to do in the area. Also we got questioned several times if we staying at the hotel. A few times when we we're coming into the hotel and few times whilst we were at the hotel pool - which we found quite rude and unprofessional. Overall the stay was good but it was very pricey overall.

Gorgeous beach without hordes of tourists or vendors harassing you to buy their wares. They have bathrooms as well as chairs for guests to use. You just have to buy drinks and food to use the chairs. It was a beautiful spot.response / report this review -

Excellent Resort! Beach is small but has awesome snorkeling right off the beach. The beach is clean and stay that way all day. Plenty of longe chairs all with shade if needed. Very quite at night and romantic. Perfect place for divers. Rooms are nice. Exceptional staff that are very attentive if needed. Pool is very nice and clean. If you are looking for the small easy going relaxing hotel, this is for you.

Nice food and drinks, rocky beach good for snorkeling had good time over the beach. Staff were friendly. Recommend water shoes to avoid injury.response / report this review -

Food is great. We love to watch the sun set there and have food/drinks. Kermit is the man and recognizes me every time I visit cozumel. I recommend the Baja tacos fish or shrimp style. We also had the fish fillet, it was very good.

One of the finest resorts I have ever stayed at. Prefect for snorkelers and scuba divers. Great beach service and beach furniture. The staff is awesome and speak very good English and put up with anglos who try to speak Spanish. Rooms are immaculate. Worth the price in every way. Breakfast is beyond expectations. Will definitely return.

Small Quiet Beautiful, Excellent staff makes you feel at home.

Excellent small hotel. Reasonable value with a good decently priced menu. The hotel is situated at the northern end of the west coast of Cozumel, it has a good beach with excellent snorkelling. Small pool with a child friendly section and a good beach bar to watch the sunset. We had an ocean front family suite which worked perfectly for two adults and two teenagers if the children don't mind sharing a room. The staff were fantastic and always friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here if you like a quieter location. It's about 3.5 miles into town although there are some other bars/restaurants nearby.response / report this review -

Foods and drinks are good. The waiter was not very helpful, but everything else was fine. The place is beautiful, and a great beach to swim!

Excellent small hotel. Reasonable value with a good decently priced menu. The hotel is situated at the northern end of the west coast of Cozumel, it has a good beach with excellent snorkelling. Small pool with a child friendly section and a good beach bar to watch the sunset. We had an ocean front family suite which worked perfectly for two adults and two teenagers if the children don't mind sharing a room. The staff were fantastic and always friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here if you like a quieter location. It's about 3.5 miles into town although there are some other bars/restaurants nearby.

Avoid room 110 and 111 if you're a light sleeper. (Due to the proximity to the restaurant and beach bar) Dive center on site is great, Alvaro is a fun Dive Master. All inclusive is optional.

This is a perfect resort if you're looking for something smaller and cozy. The staff are so friendly. We had breakfast included in our stay which was a great way to the start the day. The food at the restaurant was overall very good. We stick to the Mexican dishes. Snorkeling is good right off the beach. The rooms are very comfy. We didn't have any issues or concerns staying here.

Absolutely the most beautiful beach and water I've ever step foot in! The locals outside of the resort we're kind of sketchy however, within the resort area it was nothing but fantastic customer service. I highly recommend taking a vacation just to experience the beautiful beach and water.

The best. Great snorkeling, excellent staff, good food, tasty drinks, and beautiful views. What more could you want? (staying open past 5pm would be nice?)
