Excellent location and rooms, horrible staff. Surf school staff were rude and unhelpful each time we went to get a board or ask questions, which took away from our trip sadly. Went up the road to a surf shop to rent a board there instead, they had a much better selection and were super friendly compared to staff at Cabo Surf Hotel. We stayed at the hotel two nights, loved the easy access to surf and dreamy views, but very disappointed with the hotel hospitality and staff overall.

Always a great place food food, lodging and a little surfing! It is isolated for the crowd of town and has its own privet surf spot right in front. Even if you don’t stay here you need to stop by and see all that it has to offer.

My husband and I had such a beautiful, pleasant stay here. We stayed here the first 3 days of our honeymoon. The property is quaint, but very well kept and great location. Every room has an ocean view and there are two pools. The beach was really nice and we got great surf when we were there. The staff and other guests were so friendly! We met some great friends down there. The 7seas restaurant also has great food! We would absolutely come back to visit! It's truly a beautiful hotel and we can't wait to go back.

Some buddies and I came here for the surf and had a great time.

The rooms were great and the atmosphere was great. The restaurant was good until I got sick from some machaca, but we often found ourselves drinking some margaritas while watching the surfers.

The surfing: The actual waves outside of the hotel are pretty small and slow - good for beginners or people just looking to have a chill time. If you want fast, big waves - you might want to try the Pacific side of Baja. The bottom is filled with rocks and urchins, but you'll probably get that anywhere in Baja so just be mindful. I didn't get hurt but my buddy slammed his arm on a rock and it was all black and blue.

The staff was friendly. We went into Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo and had memorable nights there.

Good amount of breakfast options including juices and smoothies, all in an open air setting that includes curious birds and iguanas. Great views of the surfers and you can always decide to pop down to rent a board or take a lesson.

A small hotel that offers many of the amenities of the bigger resorts - but without the crowd. Situated right on the water, most rooms offer great views of the beach. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. I will be back.

When i arrived i was absolutely shocked at the beautiful view. The pool and jacuzzi right next to beach look very fancy. The rooms and dinner are the absolute finest experience across cabo san lucas. Im sure you couldnt find a better resort. My only complaint is that the workers should be slightly more experienced with handling american speaking guests since most of their customers consist of americans/white people

My stay at Cabo surf was incredible. The staff was oustanding and very forgiving of my lack of knowledge regarding the Spanish language, great care was taken to make sure my every want was met, and at no point was I sitting anywhere without the capability to order food or drink. My room was well equipped with two comfortable queen sized beds and a fold out couch, a full bathroom with shower and tub, a TV in the main room and a breath taking view of the ocean. Along with all these luxurious ammenadies I found an endless list of things to do. The hotel had a delicious restaurant and bar which served served breakfast, lunch, and dinner, two well cleaned pools with hot tubs, lawn games like soccer and corn hole, the best surfing on the coast, a small yet functional gym room, and even a bonfire at night. My only wish for a future stay at Cabo surf is that they have more vegatarian and vegan options on their main restaurant's menu. Other than that, my family's stay at this hotel was once in a lifetime. Thank you for an amazing experience, Cabo surf hotel!

7 Seas Grill was the best! !!! Incredible views of ocean while eating a divine meal! ! Moderately/high priced but we'll worth it. Service was some of the best I have ever experienced. Still dream of the taste of some of those dishes! !

Best beautiful small hotel on the Baja coast. Virtually a private cove with the only good surfing around. Good dining.
