Es un hotel muy sencillo, y con una excelente ubicación, a dos calles de La Marina y rodeado de muchos restaurantes y negocios de todo tipo.

I was looking towards the place, close to the marina and beaches but I tend to call 2-3 days before to check up on reservation and I was told that mine could not be honored since they didn’t have rooms, reserved the place since AprilI was told they could move another guess to their other nearby hotel or medidn’t think it was fair for either me or the other guest so I expedia (booked it thru them) cancel and moved me to another hotel..too bad the place looked good.

el peor hotel de todo cabo san lucas , si dejamos a tras la pésima higiene, ademas de esto el personal es extremadamente grosero, la señora del turno nocturno y la de la mañana son las personas mas groseras que he conocido nunca, los muchachos de la recepción son las únicas personas amables fuera de ellos no hay razon por la que nadie quiera quedarse el PEOR HOTEL QUE HE VISITADO EN MI VIDA

can't beat essentially $40 for a room. perfect crash spot before our flight. they have parking! which is rare around there and it's free, right next to your room. breakfast was 3 star, meh, but great rooms for the price.

Loved this hotel on the beach. We got there late, so had no idea how close the beach was. Woke in the morning to find we were so close to the sea, the view and sound of the waves was idyllic! My wife and I loved it and only wished we'd booked more nights there. Definitely worth staying as long as one can afford.
