  At the moment I entered to my previously assigned room, it smelled like cigarette and it wasn't a room for people who smoke. Also, there wasn't any towels when I arrived as if the room wasn't ready for another guest. The service was actually really good. The food was really good also, although, there wasn't plenty kinds of food to choose from the buffet.

  Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Walking distance to the beach and 5th Ave.

  Everything was fine except for the elevator with didn't work properly.
  The rooms were clean and the service was also very good.
  The food was well prepared and always on time.
  Finally the swimming pool was at a good temperature, I would go back for another time.

  No hot water, shuttle service "stopped working" two out of my three nights at the hotel. Hotel would not compensate for having to pay $15 for a taxi.

  Very clean with very nice staff. The only downsides are distance from the main drag and the breakfast was poor one day in two weeks.
