This resort isn't bad, however it's not all that good either. It all depends on what you are looking for. I only booked here because Temptations Resort was booked. I was still looking for Adults only and came across this one. Totally different vibe from what I wanted. If you are 40 & under and like to have fun, party, etc. DONT STAY HERE! This resort is for the older crowd who just want to relax in the sun. The only good thing about this resort is the Food! The food is amazing. If you want to go on vacation to just eat, then yes stay here. I went out in town one night and I met a female I wanted to bring back to my room. They wanted to charge me $120 to bring her on the resort! This was the dumbest rule I heard by far. She was just coming to spend the night and leave in the morning! Why should she pay $120 and none of the restaurants or bars were open anyway at 3am?!! Again, my younger crowd looking to have some fun, don't let this "Adults Only" resort fool you! You'll have more fun downtown at the clubs than the entertainment this resort has to offer

As far as a first all invlusive experience, its been incredible. The staff is beyond amazing and I have felt at home every single day. The staff develops a relationship with you to make you feel comfortable. The resort is cleaned everyday (I never see someone NOT cleaning!) The drinks are phenomenal, I only wish I could stay longer.

What an amazing place to stay. I spent 2 weeks here in August 2014 & except for the long flight the hotel, staff & people in general we're really friend. It was 'Spring Break' so more 18-21 year olds than normal but they were great fun. The humidity can sometimes be too much but other than that I would definitely return to this hotel.

Everything was great except the following:

    1) Air-conditioning was really awful and the room was getting very hot and humid during the nights. Basically, AC was non-existent and we didn't have good sleep even for 1 single night. It doesn't matter whether your hotel is fully booked or whatsoever but the AC should run the best and keep the rooms cool. Even after complaining about it, the issue was never fixed. That's a big thing.

    2) The shower pressure sucks. In such hot climatic conditions outside and inside the room we needed cold showers but when we turn the knob to cold the shower just dribbles with almost no pressure.

    3) The floor gets sticky during the day

    4) I'm 5-10 and the king size bed is short in length that my legs extend the bed which is uncomfortable. Good for short people.

With the above conditions, we were desperate to get back home to enjoy a good working AC and a shower with good pressure. Hope they fix them ASAP and make their customers not miss home.

Hotel is nice although in need of an upgrade it is still well maintained. The staff is great and very attentive. LGBT friendly. We had several gay couples at the hotel and a lesbian wedding.

This place is awesome. The service is excellent. They have a variety of food choices. No hidden charges and no upcharges. Very clean. I highly recommend the Golden Parnassus. We have been twice and met people who have been coming for years.

This place is excellent , the food is extremely delicious. They have several restaurant to choose from, a snack bar that seems like their open 24/7. The beach is awesome, with fun activities. Cherry on top is price, very reasonable for a all inclusive adults only.

They have the most attentive staff, from the bell boys, to the waiter, the concierge, room service, and the entertainment staff is the best. They make this place rock!!!

Their pool unfortunately was being repair during our stay, but the hotel accommodate. They upgraded us a suit at no cost, also gave out free WiFi, and free passes to a aquatic theme park for the inconvenience.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

The exterior is dated but the interior is renovated. Located in the center of the Hotel zone, great for walks in either direction to all other resorts to seek some fun. Didn't have any problems and food was good.

My husband and I LOVE this resort! Just got back from our 4th year in a row and can't wait to go back. We love the pool and the beach. Very cleaned to some other resorts we've seen waking down the beach. The restaurant staff are friendly and they remember us every time! Greet us every year with a big hug and a welcome back my friend! The bartenders are amazing! They really make our stay fun and everyone we talk to say they love it and will be back. Big shout out to Jesus and Fonzy! You guys rock! See you twice next year hopefully if not September for sure!!

Besides the room service staff, everyone else was very friendly! Clean sheets everyday, the restaurants were great!, on site entertainment was fun & we had a free boat ride! The mountain themed steakhouse was our favorite. We will return and enjoy Mexico outside of the hotel.

This resort is a fantastic place to stay. Food is great and the staff are super friendly. I highly recommend booking a seaside room. The resort is also very close to a shopping plaza and the airport.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered. When we initially got to the hotel, there was a crack in our room door. The first night of our stay, we were woken up at 3 AM by 5 hotel employees demanding to be paid $300 cash for the broken door. They accused us of breaking the door and when asked to provide proof, they were unable to give any. After 30 minutes of arguing with the employees, they finally left our room. We were never approached by any hotel employee again about the door until we went to checkout. At that point, the same employee who initially barged into our room approached and would not let the front desk attendant check us out until we paid the $300. When we again refused, he had security block all entrances to the hotel, would not allow our transportation vehicle onto the premises, and said he would call the cops to make us miss our flight if we would not pay. Extortion is never a good business practice and if you make the mistake of staying at this hotel, do so at your own risk. The hotel was also extremely run down, they nickel and dime you at every corner ($0.50 per bottle of water, $2 for US beers, payment for wine at dinner), and the food was terrible. The worst Mexican food I have ever had was in Mexico thanks to this hotel.

It's a 3 star resort, not more not less. If you prefer a decent vacation go somewhere else. Good shows almost everyday but no kayaking, snorkeling, or other activities. Staff are very kind and friendly. Seafood is good, meat is not. Many cocktails to select from, they're all watered down though. No fridge in the room which means no cold water. It's "all inclusive" but a lot of things aren't included !

If you have limited mobility for any reason, this is not the place for you. Most stairways in the resort do not have adequate hand rails. Their little store has a step down that is not clearly marked, and the tile floors are very slick. The stairs up to from their main lobby to the elevators are of an odd rise and step and have no handrails, and are also very slick.. The main stairs down to the pool, no handrails. We've been here 3 times in the in last 6 years and will not be back. Also many stairs down to their theatre - same comment. Overall, we noticed a general lack of maintenance in this place. For example 6 years ago the planters outside each room had flowers growing in them, now these areas are bereft of plant life and no even dirt in them. Water to the bathrooms had a gassy odor. WIFI is not free, in fact it is very expensive and then it is unreliable. The hammock area near the pool was closed because it was in poor condition. And the wait staff is noticeably smaller than it was, with long wait times for drink refills. My family will not be back to this location in CanCun.

Relaxed adult resort. If you want to get away with no kids and good price this is the place for you. Lots of things today at the resort. Food was great however the resort is a little smaller then your usual resort.

Upgrade to a nice QUIET room with a king size bed and you won't be disappointed! The standard deluxe rooms with 2 small twin beds suck! They are noisey due to all of the sound from the lobby. Otherwise, the food is good, drinks are good, staff are AWESOME, location is good, beach is great. It does have some maintenance issues and it is NOT the most modern resort, but if you get a good room; everything else will keep you coming back.

Great service! The staff are very kindly, friendly, and most importantly fun. They definitely made me want to come back here again. Food at the resort restaurants was great also with the exception of the restaurant named Sumo which is Japanese style cuisine. The rooms have a nice view but I promise you won't be spending much time in there.
