Surprisingly great service. Everybody here is extremely helpful and very polite. Room service is highly efficient, and the restaurants are unexpectedly decent.

Overall the place is good. Sure it needs repairs, but It has a great mall within walking distance, beach, pool and the personnel were just great.

Went out here for a catamaran tour with tourexperience. Ill comment on that tour when I have a chance. In shkrt it was terrible. In regards to the place from the small amount I have seen, it looks totally ghetto. Crappy beach, probably noisy with all the guests going for tours from surrounding areas. Place looked dirty, old and pretty much what a two or three star would look like. Probably great place if your on a budget and just want to drink or get some sun. But if your looking for something special, this wont be the place for sure.

Ok people listen, Don't leave anything in your room, My $100 dollars watch got lost , I left it while I went to have lunch came back to the room and it was gone.
I complain to security they couldn't do nothing for me , I left cuz my flight was leaving soon.
Kitchen personal great people " But at breakfast they need to place the milk in a bowl of Ice , milk gets bacteria so quickly.
Next time I'll pay little more for better hotel .
    My BAD ,..
    Thanks for reading this.
    I hope this help.

Very nice place and there is a restaurant out back plus a pool and a passage way that leads you straight to the beach! You can also ask the security guards out front (if the lobby is busy) to call a taxi cab for you and BOOM! a taxi cab should arrive in 5 minutes or less.

    Good-
    Great view of ocean!!
Bus stops right outside to bring you anywhere which is a huge +
    Corner store right next door
    Cheap hotel in hotel zone
Maids were good and very nice

    Bad-
Internet will not work in room
    Rooms in poor condition
Poor working toilets and small bathroom
Our "kitchenette" was an extra sink and a fridge that did not work
We were the only Americans at the hotel which made it difficult to meet and talk to people

My buddy met a woman at the bar and brought her back to the hotel. Security chased us down and made her pay $35 to stay the night for "security purposes". They never got her name or our room # they just wanted $$. I am giving 3 stars based on paying about $40 usd per night without all inclusive. I would not recommend paying over $60 a night at this hotel unless it's just for the night.
