A great beach front hotel and a superb price. Close to the hotshots.

The room was lovely clean but it had no table and just one chairthe hotel staff was very nice and very attentive. its too close to the loud clubs at night you hear the bass till 5 am. The water was inconsistent. Sometimes only warm, hot and cold intermittently. The wifi was spotty..The breakfast was ehh. They always overcook the eggs. The beach was the worst I ever experienced in my life. Seaweed at low tide stunk. I don't know if I was smelling the seaweed or sewer. There were loads of rocks with seaweed growing on them. I went in once never to return.

Reasonable price to stay in Playa del Carmen. The hotel has beach access, loud music till 5 am on nearby clubs. Friendly staff at Lido Club. Walking distance to popular 5th avenue. Balcony on most rooms, reasonably clean rooms. I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is very small but clean, we can hear the next door neighbors, doesn't have a wide beach, breakfast very basic but tasty, perfect location for night clubs but not for the beach

Adorably rustic. Perfect beach club, low key music, good food & drinks, friendly (if a little lackadaisical) service. My only complaints are that AC takes quite a while to cool down the room, and the bar closes at 7pm. Seriously, 7pm (as we come back from a sightseeing tour) is EXACTLY the time I want to put my toes in the sand and have a few drinks with some low key music.

This is without a doubt the best hotel I've ever stayed and we've been to a lot of countries. Staff is amazing and there's a smile on ever face I arrived with a broken ankle with complications during the flight . Had a physician at my door the very next day to take care of it Thanks to all the staff I wish I could take you home with me

First time to playa del Carmen and I might say, this is my favorite hotel. Cozy and pleasant for location and size. On the beach so you can easily walk from ur room and have breakfast on the beach. Everyone there made you feel at home. Never steered you wrong on recommendations for activities and food. Overall great experience. Highly recommend!!!!!

It's a very nice hotel with many details. The breakfast is fresh and it's served at the beach. Unfortunately there is no pool but you can swim in the sea just right infront of the hotel.

Stayed here right after proposing to my fiancee. Staff was accommodating, professional, and friendly. The hotel is located directly on the beach and has a solid bar and restaurant as well. AC worked amazing in our room too, which was a definite plus.

Hotel location is great, beach / bar very relaxing. Hotel is clean and workers are friendly. Right off 5th Ave which is good and bad. Clubs are right at the end of the street. Some rooms you can hear the music till very late. Biggest problem is the bed. Not very comfortable.

Best price for the location
We stayed in mid August Friday Saturday paid $88 a night total.
Location AMAZING!! ON THE BEACH right next to all the main clubs and hope spots.
Rooms are clean and have ac and mini fridge.
if you're like us and don't want the hotel to spend all day in bed in, this is the place for you.
if you're on your honeymoon and want to spend all day in the bathtub and in the room this might not be the choice for you.
Bars all around including the one on the beach. Chairs are available but each person has a minimum of 200pesos - $12usd order all day so it's like it's free
Great staff Carlos was great and so was everyone else :-)
