  Rented a room there. Gave me the basement room. At 2 in the morning. Left the building , return to cancun. The smell in the room was so bad, didn t want to get sick. Was the basement, I sould have know, don t know for the upper stair

  Stayed here for about three weeks. Great location, good price and the best staff! Sol and Maciel in the reception made the stay very enjoyable being helpful and knowing English very well. Maciel helped me when I got food poisoning - thank you! I also absolutely loved the breakfast - four types of fresh fruit every morning. Would definitely recommend! :)

  I guess their luxury room is good and is the one in the internet pictures. The standard option wasn't good. But the people were very nice and they offered a fair complementary breakfast.

  Good place for the price especially because it's closed to the 5th avenue and has access to a nice beach. But the wifi is not reliable.

  Beautiful place and such a great deal. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast bar had cereals, milk, yogurt, bread, fresh fruits, coffee, eggs, and pork available.
  Walking distance to the beach, ferry, and all the shops on the strip near the ferry.
  Located in a gated neighborhood with 24hr security.
