The hotel is nice and Clean! The front desk and service overall is outstanding. A few minutes away from the beach and a few minutes away from the main strip which makes desirable to say at.response / report this review -

My wife & I stayed here for our honeymoon & absolutely fell in love with it. The staff is very helpful & friendly. The rooftop bar & pool area is a wonderful experience. Our room was fantastic with a bonus jacuzzi in the middle, a very nice touch. The street level restaurant was a bonus we didn't expect. It is a restaurant with multiple personalities, and that's not a bad thing. We had our breakfast every morning that offered traditional Mexican fare. For lunch it's a surprisingly great sushi restaurant & at night it transformes into a nightclub. No matter what time of day it is always great experience. Just a few blocks from the ocean, it's also an easy walk to all the shops, restaurants & entertainment that Playa del Carmen has to offer. We will absolutely be back again for another visit, hopefully sooner than later.

Best breakfast and staff. Always welcoming and the hotel was clean and friendly. Right on 5th ave and no need to take cabs anywhere, they provided bikes for me and my boyfriend to explore. We had the most amazing experience. Stephanie was our waitress in the morning for breakfast and she was truly an angel. We will be visiting again.

Amazing hotel. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Really nice and clean with peaceful atmosphere.
Leonddo the front desk employee is super helpful.
He usually works at night. Speaks good English too.
Rooms are pretty big with a good size shower. My husband surprise me with a master room and it had a big Jacuzzi inside our room, long balcony with a nice hammock.
Really had a good experience here. No complaints at all. Will definitely come back to this place when I visit next time and refer friends and family as well to book their stat with B playa:)))response / report this review -

Only attended a tequila tasting on the rooftop which included standing in a pool. There was also a bar area which seemed very nice.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. I am from the Uk so was very handy that staff spoke really good English The rooms and decor are amazing, as is the roof top bar and pool. Some free drinks on arrival and the sushi restaurant downstairs (which deliver to your room or the roof) is excellent and unbelievably good value. I would say that the price you pay makes this the best value hotel I have ever stayed in.
