Things can be drastically improved.
Parking is great.
Everyone is running a smooth job.
Very helpful staff.
Foods in cafeteria are good but little bit over priced
Have great sceneries at some places in the building
Crowded and Smells bad due to bad Air conditioning Lots of waiting in consultation section and in cashier..Wishing

One of the leading private hospital in Sri Lanka.They provide for any medical requirements from OP D to emergency care with highly qualified doctors are available at your service. As a private hospital they need to grow with profits that's understandable but when it comes to billing they will charge you at anything and everything so watch out if you are looking for a cheaper service.

Hospital as a building is excellent with all the necessary provisions. But the delays in the system is unbearable. I had to wait for an hour to get the prescribed medicine from the pharmacy. More the starf slower the process.

We were initially quoted a sum of 50000rps for a minor dental procedure. Upon being admitted I realized that the hospital was trying to add on as many charges as possible. After the procedure was complete I rang the billing department to inquire about the bill and was told that the bill was now 75000rps. Prior to being discharged I was finally charged a whopping 105000rps!
Upon speaking to family and friends they told me that they too had similar experiences. This hospital hides it poor medical and unethical billing techniques behind it's fancy new architecture. Not only do they rip you off but they provide you with a sub standard overall experience. Extremely disappointed.

Worst customer service experienced @ nawaloka today. My girl booked an appointment for a dermatology treatment at her face. At the time of the appointment the call operator (male) has informed that there's nothing to be prepared and just to come for the treatment. (Today @ 7am). However once she come to the hospital, a lady told that you should stop applying all the creams before two days time & the treatment cannot be done today. She came to the hospital after having a leave from her office. Your customer service is just as a typical government hospital. Please be responsible in your customer service. I ll not inform even my enemy to visit nawaloka.

Just got an angiogram and a stent put in by Dr.(Mrs.) M. Fernando. She and her staff were very professional and kind to me and my family. As we do not live in Colombo, they went out of their way to be helpful to us during and after the procedure. Yes, Nawaloka is huge and confusing but we did manage to get where we needed to be. When I was on 5th floor and ICU the nurses and staff were caring and respectful to me and the other patients. Their cheerful attitudes and smiles go far to help patients and family feel assured while in hospital. The food was rather dreadful but it is possible for family to bring outside food in for you. They made frequent offers of tea which I accepted. The Sleep Study package is a good deal and the staff and doctor are also very helpful in understanding where you are at if you have Apnea. I would return to this Hospital if needed and would not hesitate to bring my family here also. I put my family up at the nearby Hotel Nippon located 330 meters from the hospital (easy walking).

They cheating in vaccines room, keep eyes. They inject government vaccines for expensive foreign vaccines.
My daughter got fever after inject this.
Box serial number and book serial numbers are different (proof attached). Manufactur date and expiry date are different. You can see that below added photos fraud printed serial number, manufactur date and expiry date. I'm not recommend. Take care your loved ones. Please share this important message to community.

Good Hospital, A hospital which constantly under construction. Appreciate the warmth of the front area staff.

Need special attention on the accessibility for the new car park. it's cramped up guess they got only one exit it takes approx 30mins to drive out from the car park's 4th floor during peak hours 😎

Nawaloka Hospital is one of the oldest private hospitals in the world.
This one is also expensive as others but the customer service here is undoubtedly the best in the country. Well trained staff. Very Helpful and kind.
Medically well equipped hospital with all modern facilities.

Utterly disappointed with the orthopaedic Dr. C.R. Karunathilake's nurse. I was with my mum just waiting to show some reports. We came 7.45pm and doctor only arrived 8.30pm. However the nurse favoured some other people who came after us to show their reports each time we tried to reach out to her saying we too came to show reports she ignored. That SHOULD not be the treatment for people in a hospital like this. No disrespect to the Dr. It's his nurse should not be doing such to his patients. SHOULD treat everyone equally instead of favouring other patients.

Worse hospital in sri lanka. Went to a so called consultant for a skin infection treatment, the moron wrote a prescription for a vitamin tablet and a soap. Waste of money. Please people don't go here and waste money. General hospital is much better. I'm sure all the good reviews below are written by their own staffs and doctors to cheat people

The new car park is now open although the construction is not 100% done. This will be a great advantage for the hospital. But the access road is a bit narrow, and need to be very careful in driving inside.

One of the oldest private hospitals in the country. Lot if renovations going on to upgrade the facilities. New parking arrangement is reallyvuseful for commuters, 8story car park with modern facilities. Need to improve cafe area to meet large number of customers coming in.

Wanna think twice before heading to this hospital. sanitary facilities are worst. Need proper cleaning and proper hygiene. Compacted arrangements, not enough facilities for visitors. A/C is in poor condition. Not so pleasant environment. Most ridiculous thing is we have to pay for their parking.. Disgusting

The hospital itself i very spacious and is equipped with all of the new equipment. Most of the required medical facilities are available here. Parking was bit of an issue as there was no dedicated parking spots for the hospital.

Took my father for a eye operations, and it was horrendous. The theater area was very crowded. No proper seating for visitors, and no idea when the operation will be over, so you had tens of people standing outside for hours.

I stayed downstairs in he lobby, and checked on him by going upstairs from time to time. It was such a disorganized system. Even a 10 year old will be able to device a better system, but I heard this was the cheapest option among the private hospitals, and the resulting don't care attitude.

One of the oldest private hospitals in Sri Lanka. Had to do a important head surgery to infant brother. All the other hospital and doctors made a big hassle of it. A good doctor made a quick work of it in a small time. And the rooms were well maintained.
