One of the best private hospital in sri lanka with the latest technology and the greatest medical staff.staff is very friendly.you can choose your hospital room according to your budget and there are food stores for visitors. And each hospital room equipped with a washroom , a tv and with a cupboard. Great service.parking available.I highly recommend this place for those who are searching for premium service for you and your loved once.

Facilities and Rooms are far beyond the minium expectancy of the patients.Water droplets leaking into the room and tiny washrooms plus dirty walls will make you even sick.The staff and care is satisfactory though.Cant recommend

The OPD doctor will prescribe you medicine without spending 2 minutes with you. When I went there the doctor just gave me tablets without even looking at my eyes. So the OPD doctor is not recommended at all. Best thing to do in a hospital like this is to go to a specialist.
The facilities here are pretty good but pretty expensive too. There's a pharmacy within the hospital.
Parking is an issue during peak hours. You can really get stuck without a slot.response / report this review -

There is parking called “customer parking” but you are not allowed to park your vehicle there. All slots are blocked for doctors as per the security. ( even though there is a separate parking for doctors) and security guy illegally making money from the parking. I informed hospital admin about this incident but they have not considered it serious and no action taken as of now.

Never go there. My 28 year old handsome brother died because his illness was not diagnosed in time and was medicated irresponsibly. The doctor was only concerned about us settling the hospital bill. Disgusting!!

One of the best hospitals in Colombo.
If you are looking for a error free medical report, i bet this is the right place. Also most of the doctors are recommending this place for medical reports.
They provide a very good service, most of the staff are friendly and helpful.
They have a separate land next to the hospital for customer parking, also you can park roadside by paying little amount. Customer parking is free of charge.

This hospital used to be a good caring hospital.but not anymore.admitted my son few days back.without going to Ninewells even though doctor was there,I admitted in Asiri because of the trust I had.Worst service I ever got from a hospital.starting from the front door,not even a smile on customer service agents. nurses dont even care about patients.specially nurses in night shift,worst than government hospitals.never ever recommend to anyone.

The management is upgrading the hospital, since this is a old building they have added a new wing to the existing building to expand the services. The old building also being renovated to gain more space and to provide a good service to the customers. one of the best private hospitals in Sri Lanka.

Very good service. Friendly staff. Have been there for medical tests and doctor channeling. Happy with the facilities except parking as it is very limited. Most of the time I had to use the nearby parking space for charge. Their pharmacy is very crowded in evenings, so very time consuming. As a result I use near by pharmacy owned by a reputed company in the pharmaceutical industry.

Very disappointed with the service. One of my family member was sick and what was shocking is that the doctor did not have a thermometer to check the temperature. A normal clinic on the streets have better service. Which doctor does not have a thermometer to check the temperature? The patient came home with a high fever after checking the temperature at home and the doctor did not give medicine for fever. This is disappointing. After waiting for a long time and this was the outcome from this hospital.

No satisfactory inward service. Most nurses are not trained well and careless. Found not maintaining drug sheet accurately. So better to know what drugs you are taking when inward. Meals are ok. Cleanliness is satisfactory.

A hospital with all the up to date facilities. Located in the heart of Narahenpita nearby baseline road. However, parking spaces are very limited.

Private rooms are overpriced for what they are and have a very unpleasant smell. The windows have holes in them which defeats the point of trying to keep mosquitos out. There is black mould in the bathrooms and no ventilation or extractor fan, which retains the moisture in the room.

The best ever private hospital experience is no more with Asiri hospital. Today we went to make an appointment where the chanelling reception staff were busy taking selfies and photos where the people who came to make appointments had to wait until the staff finished their photo shooting. And even after they were busy with their jokes etc and we had to inquire when they had time to talk with the patients.. I would never recommend this hospital again to anyone..
