Lanka hospital is famous and well maintained international level main hospital in srilanka Services provided for all sickness and accident care too. Good customer service and trained staff very well services.

If you are sick, this is a great hospital to go to be cured. However if you aren't and are maybe just going to visit a friend, you probably won't leave the hospital all good and healthy.

Poor service. I was there once with my wife. They misguided me when billing and it took more than one hour to guide me through the correct path for insurance payment. Billing guys are ego full. Customer service is 0. Not recommended. Government hospitals are better than this.

Parking charges are too much. We go for doctor booking, laboratory testing and collect the report. Each and every time we have to pay for parking additionally nevertheless we are separately charged for the hospital each of the facility.
Also the exit queue from the parking billing point is too long. So this waiting delay too is added to the billing for parking, making it worse. We had to pay for two hour charge for 1 hr and 8 min period and we were on the queue more than 15 min.
This is unreasonable since we have already paid the hospital charges for channeling, buying medicine from inside pharmacy (this also has a long waiting period) gone to the cafeteria during the waiting for medicine at pharmacy.response / report this review -

Very poor service. They have dropped their quality to 0. Staff is damn lazy. Specially front desk ladies. They are talking gossips and not caring about the patients or people. It’s more like a beauty salon. It was a good hospital. But now it is the worst hospital in the island.

Had a too bad experience when i went to get a scan report. Very poor customer receptionist and fullfill with too many careless peoples.totaly bad experience.they take 45min to ready the reports.(reason is "we have to type setting your report) no any typist.totally i spent 1hr and 15 mins.then, again faced another worste experience. Car park charged me a Rs.120/= (for a motorbike and 1h 20min) i never saw a hospital like this. Chargeable car park after paying hospital bills. Never decide and never recommended to anyone.

Very poor service. Really wish there’s no star status and I had to give a star for their services to write a review. My dad had an appointment at 12pm and when we got there they said Doctor is going to come at 2pm. They didn’t even try to contact us to inform this. However we came back to see the doctor same day and we arrived 20mins earlier. Front desk people mentioned the doctor came and left early. We are not even from Colombo and came all the way down to see the doctor. They even had our contact no. Very bad experience with Lanka Hospital. They should improve their services more.

Very bad service. The doctors have no clue of what they are doing with the patients. The front office receptionist "Navod" was extremely inefficient in processing my admission. Thoroughly disappointed and I would never recommend this hospital in case of an EMERGENCY.

Happy to convey about our satisfaction regarding LANKA HOSPITAL and Consultant Dr.Nishendra Karunarathne. Admitted on 20th February 2018 for a surgery. Every thing was great and excellent. LANKA HOSPITAL and crew and the particular consultant was very helpful and kind. Eventually we would like to recommend LANKA HOSPITAL and the consultant gynecologist Dr. Nishendra Karunarathne for your first choice. Thank you.!!

I’ve been warded at Lanka since Friday evening and today there was an incident of money gone missing from my wallet.
Just watched the cctv footage regarding said incident.
An unknown man entered my hospital room at 6.12am while i was asleep and actually robbed me. He was inside my room for a whole 1 and a half mins!!! . This is so incredibly scary.
I was asleep this whole time. He could have done anything to me at this point cos NO ONE knew he was inside my room. Thank god this unidentified person just robbed me.
Private hospitals these days. Where is the patient safety??? .
We go to hospitals spending a fair amount of cash to feel safe and feel better. I’m leaving here today feeling terrified to ever go to a hospital again.response / report this review -

A very good hospital for all medical needs. Has a pharmacy, cafeteria and has ample parking space. Also the rooms are also very good as are the meals provided. Recommended.

Good hospital, very well managed and efficient. Emergency Treatment Center after hours are very good. The Health Check is also a good service offered. Past Lab reports are all available online after you register with them and receive an identification number, and is Sri Lankas 1st reference laboratory.

Ample parking space available within premises. Good customer service. Excellent pharmacy with a wide range of medicine and other medical goods. Cafeteria is well maintained. However the cleanliness of washrooms are not up to a satisfactory level.

Cleanliness of the hospital in wash rooms is very poor level. Wonder why no maintenance supervisor notice it. Maintenance staff should have given good training.

I'm sure they can provide good service but when I came to the x Ray department and saw how badly maintained it was I was shocked when people say this is one if the best places. As well as cockroach etc.
