One of the best hospitals in the country, excellent service and they are equipped with newest medical equipments, overall the hospital service is good and can recommend.
However, other than usual hospital services, they have a good cafeteria area including Fab and Burger King plus some
Juice bar. Also they got few bank including BOC and Commercial Bank. Mobile reload machines are also located. They have a vision care outlet within it.

This hospital is managed by Softlogic holdings (Pvt) Ltd.They have a channeling service,inward patient treatments & Laboratory services.Most of good consultants of various fields of medicine provide their conusltations for patients.Their charges will be depends on the consulants.Asiri hospitals group has two sister hospitals named as Asiri Surgical & Asiri Medical.Now this hospital chain is operating two more hosiptals in Matara & Kandy.

Private hospital maintained well. Kind and help full staff. Building has fair enough parking space but disorganised. Parking manage by tenaga. Customer need to spend at least 15 minute to park the vehicles.

Place was really nice, clean and price was reasonable for full body check up. Over all staff were nice except for a one lady doctor and a one radio therapist. Only these two were with a attitude. I hope some body should teach them how to treat a patient with a respect and dignity irrespective of who they are . We are just customers and we bring money to you. We are trying to get paid service to have a good service with respect and dignity. Also we are not suppose to know each and every disease.

Mainly when you are checking the breath test you should have a filter there. It was not there. You should take the responsibility if we have a infection.
to take a X ray we had to pass the passenger area after changing the clothes. Which is bad.
They expose us twice to X ray. for a machine fault which is also risky.

Overall good but have to remind time to time to change bed linen. And the billing part they charged extra without reason. My kid was admitted for 1 1/2 day for fever. They charged Rs.10000 admission. When I asked them what includes on admission fee they said management decide to charge this amount from every one who are admitting. And they don't know the reason for it. At least they should give us a proper explanation.

Wondering what is this Rs.10000 admission fee?????

Can they charge like this from patients without proper detail billing? Is Sri Lankan health ministry or what ever government authorities aware of these things.

Very disappointed 😔

Great (best) place if you want to do a medical check up👌.The doctors and the staff is very kind and friendly.The service is quick and if you want you can ask them to mail your blood/urine reports ☺ . But the pharmaceutical items are little bit expensive than the average cost 😑
If you are going for a doctors appointment most of the time the doctors are late 😞

They have an exhaustive roster of doctors that will cover most out patient needs. However, they do not vet their doctors. The doctors are routinely late and the quality of care can be sub par.

Before making an appointment look at the number of appointments a doctor has, if your first in line there is probably a good reason.

Worst customer service ever. Never contacted a customer service as bad as this place has. They hang up after taking all the information and have to go through the waiting and repitition all over again. Happened this couple of times. Absolutley disgusting.

when i go to 3rd floor information counter , those 3 workers are shouting, i could not hear anything, they dont have discipline, and they dont know how to treat customers, ( no smiling, no greetings, ), i waited there for 15 minites to take my balance money, im not recommend this private hospital . disgusting

The waiting times are ridiculous. I had to wait 6 hours more than my appointment time just to talk to the doctor which was only possible due to a complaint filed.

Have enough parking compared to other Asiri hospitals. Have good food court. Overall health service is good. But their pharmacy will take more time to deliver your prescribed drugs

Poor services.. Always check the medication before leaving the pharmacy. And be extra careful when your going for the baby's vacsanation. The staff almost trued to inject a wrong vacsanation. Lucky I have checked.
