Dr.Padmakanthi Wijesooriya (PAEDIATRICIAN),Dr.A.R.J.P.Niyaz(GYNAECOLOGIST),Dr.Mervin Fernando(CARDIOLOGIST) were given valuable treatments when I visited here.

We visit frequently for channeling and laboratory. Nice place with adequate facilities. Reasonably clean. Well organized in most cases.
Waiting for some doctor channels are more than 2 hours. Management must step in to this.
Adequate waiting seating, cramped cafeteria and limited parking. Parking is always full in busy hours.
Staff and pharmacy is helpful.
Bill payment kiosk available at lobby.

Unsatisfied OPD . Today i got a number to OPD cuz of my bad cough . Doctor didn’t even touched the stethoscope. Asked me whats the problem and i said doctor im having a bad cough for few days and that all he wrote a prescription . I ddnt even explain my problem . All happened in less than 30 seconds . Really bad service . Big thumbs down for Money digger Hemas . 21st of January. 2018 . Around 1.00pm

I went to Hemas Hospital to have my son's vaccination. No busy and no crowded at the time I went there, around 11:00 am. Having enough space in the car park, hospital inside having a lot seating capacity and saw several reception counters for different appointments.
Have to consult the doctor before vaccination and it is of fee Rs.440/-. And have to buy the injection separate. Then have to go to vaccination room and there is very kind master there, and he did it very kindly, no hurry for him, took his time and did it carefully, my son didn't cry much and he said it was not painful. So, I'm happy,
Have good toilets, and on the first floor there is a canteen. And there is a kids play area, but nothing to play. Anyway the paintings are nicer and attractive.

Horrible place. Think twice before going. My brother in law had a really bad experience in their thalawathugoda hospital. He was just kept more than half an hour in theatre after cataract operation, room was given only after the doctor went in to theatre and shouted at staff. I will never recommend the place. They are cheating patients.

Unsatisfactory customer service was experienced at the channeling, admission and information counters in several instances. Information provided were inaccurate in some instances and wasted time. However, the pharmacists are very helpful. Service of most of the nurses are also OK, overall average.

The parking area is not in a proper way and low ground clearance vehicles cannot be entered. Better to rest.

Money Money Money a money making hospital for the investors and Doctors if you admit someone for a minor fever and cough they keep you under treatment until they reach their target they will take millions of reports just for nothing their target is money and not your health.. so please think millions times before admitting your loved ones .. I agree that they have all the facilities but still they should consider about people and their paying capacity
