  Best Budget Room really best room Clean & awesome Single Double bedrooms available. Receptionist 👌🏻👌🏻AC/ Non-AC rooms available. In front of the beach view. Just 10 minutes far away from Unawatuna Beach.

  The website said staff speaks English, which isn't true. I was hoping to surf but I couldn't ask the staff about it. The name is kinda false advertising as far as I can tell. It is fine for a budget option, but is a little outside of town.

  First of all,need to mention this hotel has an awesome and friendly hotel attendant. Nice, quiet and clean hotel. Fair room-pricing. Highly recommended place.
