Fantastic place for a quick getaway out of Colombo. Just 10 minutes off the southern highway. Very few rooms and very good service. You have the option of eating at the hotel or having to drive 5 minutes to lighthouse for their buffet.

Very friendly staff.Horrible food. It has a nice surrounding but nothing wow as the pictures show and not at all worth the money. Dissapointing. Simply mislead by the pictures and the Jetwing brand. Villas are too close and the place needs a lot of maintenance. Beddings to everything needs a new touch. Boring and ugly. Honeymooners do not even consider.

Very convenient location and yet very remote quiet place. Clean and we'll maintained rooms. In-house menu is a limited choice but the food tastes great..!!! Best service and very friendly staff Loved the stay..!!!

Located near the river, with a nice eco surrounding. Great location and the room facilities are also good. Staff is also friendly and helpful. Service from the staff is a also good quality

friendly staff. Tasty foods.. for honeymooners - don't get the honeymoon package. Additional amount that you going to pay is not worth what you are going to have it. Nice place.. villas are bit too close. Cause might interrupt for your privacy if you choose the dwelling with plunge pool.. Good service.. If you're scared of little creatures like spider, caterpillar think twice. Its kind of a hide out inside a rural village. Nice experience..

Very good place for honeymooners as they have perfect location inside the hotel but this is not a big hotel. They are arranging special candle light dinner on a tree house on request. They don't have buffet meals and menus also are not very rich but guests can have their meals at Jetwing lighthouse as they wish.

Great location for nature lovers. Ideal for a couple. If you come with your family you need two rooms for maximum comfort. You can get a two storey villa each floor having a room and balcony. If you are a birder,/ photographer take early morning long boat ride up the stream (not the short ride down the stream) adjoining the resort. You need binoculars and camera with long telephoto lens. Of course, you will be surrounded by birds, aquatic animals etc in the resort garden itself. If you are driving beware of steep and narrow access road (short distance).

Good place for relaxing and bird watching. This has 6 villas (4 ordinary deluxe type and 2 large villas with plunge pools). Surrounding scenery is of a paddy fields and there is a pathway to the near by river. There is also a tree house in which you can dine in. Food - they have only set menu for all meals but if you wish to have buffet you can use their other hotel which is Jetwing Lighthouse. Make sure you request for the free boat ride to get there. Overall we loved the place but the price is a little high for a available facilities.
