Great hotel really close to the beach. The owners are unbelievably helpful! The breakfast is really nice too with a choice of western or Sri Lankan. Only downside is that it is quite noisy next to the road but they have us a room at the back so it wasn't too bad. It must stay here if you come to unawatuna

Clean and spacious rooms. I had a room by the street and it was a bit noisy. In the morning, people ate breakfast outside of my window and it was a bit loud. But the location was perfect and the price was in my budget. Very happy to stay here again. Maybe a different room next time.

Nice, clean room. Super friendly and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast. AC worked, fan too. Bed was comfortable. But so close to the road, we didn't sleep well with all the traffic noise. Bring your earplugs!

It is nearby Unawatuna beach along with Galle – Matara road. You can order local/western/Eastern foods. Food was very delicious.

Staff is excellent, rooms are clean and comfortable. Quiet, not a party place so you can sleep and be ready to go out swim, scuba or snorkel the next day!
