  I spent 3 nights in Samaya with my girlfriend and 2 other friends in March 2017. We occupied A/C family double room (2 double beds in 2 rooms private bathroom) on our trip around Sri Lanka. The place has its restaurant on the beach. We were provided also with breakfast (omelette, juice, tea/coffee), all for 11000 LKR for a night for 4 persons (did not book before but dealt on the place). Room was big enough and clean. I would recommend to implement anti-mosquito nets on beds. The place is quite noisy also during night as it is on main beach road with other hotels, restaurants and bars. This is not typical backpacker place but more comfortable hotel-like accommodation.
