It is right on the beach with an amazing bay for swimming. It is so laid-back and relaxed and Irina is the most chilled hostess ever. She carries this place on her hands. Thank you for a wonderful wonderful stay

Great location, good quality, good value - we just chilled around 3hours there watching caretas in the lagoon and enjoying really big portions of well prepared sea food for good price (strongly recomend tuna steaks - great taste, 1 for single person if you are really hungry, normally 2 persons can be satisfied with it; around 500g). Lion beers also available. Superb.

I was just kicked out of this restaurant after 1.5 hour. I was eating, drinking, and working. I had a sandwich and two drinks, but apparently that doesn’t constitute enough. I am appalled by the service here. They asked me to leave because they wanted my table for people who are paying for “an expensive” dinner. I found this to be very rude and not sri lankan hospitality.

Excellent beachside restaurant. Small place with beautiful quiet ocean views. Fresh seafood dishes with massive portions. We could hardly believe how much food they gave us. Delicious.

I visited this place few days ago and stay one night . Foods are very nice and prices are reliable . Rooms are large and clean . No AC and bathroom is fitted with how water 🚿 . No soap or tissue maybe forgot to keep caus sudden accommodate . No alcohol other than light bear .

This restaurant has the best food i ate in the whole time i was in Sri Lanka.
My girlfriend and i ate hear everyday we were in Dikwella, sometimes twice a day.
The restaurant is right on the beach and have beer and other drinks with great veiws of the ocean.
They serve traditional Sri Lanka food for example, fresh whole fish and prawns that were always cooked perfectly, rice, salad and currys and Not Expensive.
They also have a few non Sri Lanka but eastern European such as Borscht which i tryed for the first time and really liked. The Borscht needs to be booked in advance because it takes time to prepare.
Breakfast was great too.

We had a really great dinner!!! The owner opened his restaurants only for us again in the late evening. The fish was day-fresh and very well cooked. It was the best fish meal on the island that we had eaten!!! Thanks for the great evening and that you drove us back to our hotel. Bless you! V&C

1 of the best places or you could probably say the 1 and only good place for seafood I ever tasted in SL. Small place. But with a good attractive beach and a friendly staff. Personally I have been more than 5 times and hoping to go there soon.
