Had to wait an hour fifteen for food. Was told they were "super busy" with 3 customers. Food was okay, not memorable. Sorry to be so negative. It rained a bit after, so I was happy to have nice cover, though!

Extremely good place on the beach. Biggest portions of food I have seen on Unawatuna beach. Tasty too. Too many russians, but if you can cope with that - it's the best dining spot in the city

We visited this place for dinner during our stay inUnawatuna. Due to the good service received, we decided to go for breakfast next day as well. Both incidents we had a nice experience at this place.
It is located bit away from beach, therefore it was not crowded and was quiet. There is a dog named "Whiskey" and he is super friendly. It is an ideal place if you want to have a peaceful meal without all the distractions.
Food was tasty and price is reasonable. Localized version of Tom Yum soup was a specialty.
Staff was friendly and service was good.

Awful place. Trying to lure the living on the territory of lizard, and when it turns out that the price of150-200% higher than in the neighbouring restaurants and refuse they dine-offended and begin toinsult. Disgusting staff attitude to visitors.

Good!!! not a lot of people because the location a littlle bit far. Tom Yam is the best in Sri Lanka, not like thai style original,but also very tasty, i am satisfied. RECCOMENDED 100%. cheap, and no any additional charges.

We stopped at Lemon Grass on our way to the beach. Upon asking for a table, the waiter looked hesitantly towards his manager who came back promptly with 'We don't serve locals.' He then went on to specify that they serve Russians and European looking people! Besides the fact that we're Indians, here was a man discriminating purely on the colour of your skin!!
Never faced such racism anywhere in the world and least expected it in Sri Lanka. Two other 'white' guests heard this and did not take a table to show their protest. I'm sure anyone who respects equality will be disgusted by this incident and never patronize this place. Ugly and sad. Please support it and say NO to racism!

Very nice and quiet place, owner very friendly and helpful, food delicious. All fish on the menu is fresh, or book in advance and ask for the fish you prefer (lobster, jumbo prawn, etc.) and they will get it for you. Great!
