The location is perfect, right on the beach near all the restaurants and shops. The room is comfortable, and the bathroom seems to be recently renovated. The restaurant is pretty average though.

To be fair we came here in of season so we think that the lack of service and availability of cocktails etc would be different in high season. Beautiful upstairs room with a view. Bear restaurants etc. Stick to the back streets if you want cheapermore authentic food. Can't really complain about this place.

Ate here twice during our time in Unawatuna. Both times we had an excellent meal. Their Sri Lankan curry and their fresh fish are particularly good!

We stayed at the Villa for 4 wonderful nights. Amazing beach side location. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast to get you started in the morning. Unawatuna is a very chilled out place but its very easy to get into Galle for some sightseeing.

Both food and service were bad. Waited for an hour being the only customer, gave food to beach doggy. At least he was a good boy.
