Very good location and fresh fish at the restaurant with a perfect view.
The room had almost no natural light due to the dark glass of the small windows.
The airco of our room was not working

Nice staff and incredible atmosphere at the evening. The cafe was fully packed with people, so you have to wait a little bit if you come here late at the evening. Grill food is amazing, you can pick something at the Sea food market inside of this place and they will grill it.

Only restaurant. Ordered rice curry with prawns. Forgot to say not spicy, so curry was really too much spicy.
Rice was perfect.
Prawns were with a sand inside.
Waiters were betting from which country we were(Ukraine).
Waiters were not glad serving us.

Fantastic place! The place impressed me as soon as I stepped in and continued to do so when I was going through, love the pool side and the private saltwater pool and the ocean beyond the boulders!
The architecture also interesting and unique! Even though it look perfect for couples, so many families are around, I'm surly going back!

We didn't stay here but wished we did! Came twice for dinner and had 2 beautiful fresh seafood meals whilst sitting right on the beach. Good staff and service too.

Impromptu dinner and we loved it. Great location and the food was fantastic. Simple but good ingredients, cooked to perfection. Was blown away by my fish curry! The service was great and final bill reasonably priced. Will definitely be back as selection of fish you can have looked incredible - the tuna in particular looked fresh and worth a trip back for.

Tip: don’t be put off by the menu!! They look a bit old and tatty and made us think it’s not a decent place, we couldn’t have been more wrong!

Write a little truth about the hotel Thaproban Pavilion. During the night in this hotel at 2 you will sweat 70 $, but upon arrival you will find out that the taxes and so on and get almost $ 100. The price does not match the quality in general !!! Just like the rekoamnye photos (the photographer is well done!). You expect a view of the ocean, and here you are. The view from the balcony will be on the local..Saray, etc. Now about breakfast, that You will get. It will be the same every day, it is an omelette, juice, tea (in bags) and 4 toasts with jam. Next, you will be divorced on the beach by local people who are constantly on the beach at this hotel! You will be offered fruits and you will decide that this is a hotel employee, but no)) You will later be billed 8 times more than the real price of fruit) the price of 1 line is 30 $. What pleased this hotel with this ocean))) We wish everyone a good holiday and do not fall for divorce! There are a lot of them! One of them this this hotel!

We have been there every single time we've been to Unawatuna! We thought it was a bit pricy for us but my partner and I ended up having lunch, dinner and the occasional ice cream while on the beach. Service is good and prices are good too. the staff have been great. Bit of a wait in the evening for dinner but it was worth it as I loved it every single time. I can't speak to the room or their room service but I'd think it could only be at least as good. Nice place with the beautiful beach front. Enjoy!

Well maintained, clean, friendly staff, and simple fresh food. We came here for dinner on our first night, and were so impressed with the quality of the food that we came here for breakfast the next 2 days. Would highly recommend both the beachside seafood dining and their set breakfast menu.

This is a very lovely place. The view of the beach from this place is just breath taking. If you are lucky to get a beach facing room i am sure you will love your stay there to the most.
