One of the most satisfied service I ever got from private hospital.
My wife admitted to hospital for labour and they have 4 seperate private labour rooms which can accommodate father during labour. They did excellent job and I am very satisfied about service.
We got standard A/C room just for Rs.7500/day (2018 january includes meal service).
Staff of this hospital was great. Caring was excellent.
Price is also very reasonable.
Also thay have best consultant doctors.
I recommend this hospital to everyone.

A hospital which could be recommended as a one which has full day staff without strikes and ensures the well being of the patients by giving priority to them. Good services and hospital care is provided despite all the criticisms.

A horrible place. Filled with incompetent staff. The pharmacists are incapable of issuing the simplest of medication. The nurses are rude and level headed. I’d rather get hit by a bus than step into that hell hole again.

My son and I admitted ourselves to this hospital on a Friday when the Govt. Doctors decided to go on strike due to the SAITAM issue and all private hospitals in Colombo were full due to the dengue crisis. I never regret that choice. This is a great hospital with a great service, good health care, good nursing, good doctors and attendants. We also had a chance of meeting and talking with the young trainee doctors of SAITAM. They are all bubbling with enthusiasm and all who examined us had very good personal skills developed by working in this hospital. The toilets are very clean and the food was exceptionally good for a hospital. Almost like a private catering service. The pricing is also very reasonable looking at the way the services are delivered. I DID NOT SEE A SINGLE FLY DURING THE 4 DAY STAY. There were occasional delays in getting an attendant to assist you to visit the washroom. Thank you staff! Thank you SAITAM. I hope your conflicts will be resolved soon. Best of luck.

Building a hospital is good . But selling medical degrees is a crime ..

This is the Response to the Site Owners Response. : Thanks for your response.. There are several "WRONGS" in SITEM . My main disagreement is entry Qualifications. How many students in your 1st MBBS batch with just one AL pass. When there is so many AL passed students can not get into medicine, SITEM is allowing One-subject candidates to BUY a MBBS degree.. That is fundamentally wrong
Now , Selling engineering degrees also wrong. But which organization allow " ONE -PAss " AL candidates to do engineering ?

Today I visited Dr. NFTH Malabe for a FBC test. The report is email after two and half hours and gave reminding telephone call. It's very convenient because we don't need to go the hospital personally to collect the report.

The staff are well experienced, specially the doctors and nurses. This is one of the few private hospitals with very good treatment facilities in Psychiatry (residential and regular clinics). It provides very good facilities for a very reasonable cost. The place seem underutilized. The infrastructure and facilities are excellent!

Good hospital with all facilities. Clean atmosphere. Staff is good and helpful. No cordination between sections / Departments. Take years to finalise bills. Standard AC room is 7500. Clean rooms and bathrooms.
