The view of Naples is spectacular and the location quite suggestive. The staff is attentive and quick. The food is not really impressive and does not stand out. I had a delightful time nonetheless.

Comfortable and friendly, good location just away from Main areas but easy walking distance and good transport very near. The views across the bay are beautiful from rooms and the restaurant. The photos and descriptions on their website are very accurate.

Nice hotel, with superb roof terrace and a great view over the city and the bay. Definitely recommended. Rooms also are nice, not that big as the building is an old monastery - but still more than fine. Superb terrace for breakfast, there hardly is a better way to start the day in Naples.
Some minor flaws in service (service itself is fine but maybe not what you would expect in this category). Also position is good - if you don't mind walking a few minutes uphill through the Quartieri spagnoli.response / report this review -

Stayed here for my niece's wedding in 2016. She had the reception here. Fantastic place to stay. The rooms are nicely appointed. Some of the staff speaks English. Double check your bills because they do make mistake and quite badly. From the terrace on top you can see Vesuvius. Breathtaking views of Naples as well. The monastery still has its charm.

Very loud in the rooms. Every night we stayed, their was a wedding function on till 3AM. We asked to move rooms to a quieter, the staff claimed they were fully booked and couldn't, then with more asking another room was magically available. Their first attempt was a single room for two of us we refused as there was two of us. We had 3 different rooms during our stay. When we complained they said, we would not accept any other room as it never had a sea view which was nonsense. We only wanted a room we could sleep in without very loud music and plates smashing. We were up early for excursions and the 1 hour sleep we were getting ruined the rest of the day. Would definitely not recommend this hotel. We fell for the website and how good the photo's looked. Thought we would treat ourselves thinking this hotel was genuine. Hope this honest review from experience helps and tourists book somewhere they can enjoy with an open and honest hotel.

A very nice hotel with accommodating rooms that suit ones needs perfectly, furthermore the service is incredible. I would thoroughly reccommend staying here, and also to check out the exquisite rooftop garden.
