  We stayed for 6 days in November when touring Italy. The rooms are lovely and generously sized, nice amenities and a nice restaurant. The housekeeping was certainly not up to the standard of a 5 star hotel, crumbs left on the floor, dirty cups not replaced etc.
  For the most part, the staff were not very friendly or helpful, for example; I asked the location of a self service laundry (we had been travelling for over 3 weeks), he said there were none and did not offer to look it up for us after my own research, I found one only 3 street away (quite frustrating from a 5 star hotel). There was one staff member who was the exception (I wish I could remember her name) who was extremely helpful when I needed a bandage and supplies for a sprained ankle. A nice place to stay when visiting Naples, however it won't be my first choice.

  Charming italian palace. Excellent restaurant. Very nice staff. 20 minutes drive from the airport. 2 minutes walk from via dei tribunali.

  Fantastic hotel which I struggled to find faults with. Room was spacious, spa facilities were great. Recommend the breakfast option. The hotel is roughly a 10 minute walk from the main train station, and a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport. Great hotel.

  Issue I find with this hotel is the inconsistency among staff, some are helpful and polite, however the ones that tend to leave the impression are not.
  
  Upon requesting for a recommendation for salon, this was greeted by a "I don't know".
  
  As for the rest, the breakfast was great, with the food and the staff here being above average.
  
  The room size was also sufficient.
  
  However, as my first and last impression of the staff here was not so great, it detracts from the overall experience.

  La zona è degradata, l'Hotel è in uno splendido palazzo antico. La hall potrebbe essere più curata, le stanze sono enormi e confortevoli, ma stupiscono alcune mancanze (TV piccola, prese di corrente non presenti sull'area soppalcata). Colazione buona.

  Very beautiful place. Good place to spend your nights or your holidays in naples. So sofisticated staff and managing offert to you a good service.

  The hotel building and facilities are amazing, rooms and building are immaculate and worth 6 stars BUT service is the worse I have seen from a top class hotel:
  rooms were mixed up 3 times with number
  than keys for room did not work 3 times - and it is a long walk in the building till they understood they changed room number.
  than in breakfast they did not have information we are at the hotel and our room is occupied (apparently they did not change room number in their system) - so until it was "fixed" breakfast was no-use
  but this was just the start - we needed to leave for flight at 9 am the latest,
  so we asked the Valet to get the car and the bell boy to take stuff from the room at 8:30. Apparently they did not have any registration that the car is there. Of course since there was a mix up of rooms - nothing appeared in our file, or under our name, took them 50 minutes to get the car, still no-one got the luggage. CRAZY. we got to the flight during boarding and had to pay extra to send luggage and skip security
  Again - Hotel is great, room, food, etc. the rest terrible
