Great hotel, lovely rooms, and facilities. Also the breakfast in the morning is sensational. Be sure to ask the staff for a cappuccino instead of drinking the filter coffee provided!

The safebox is not mounted. Anyone can essentially take away the safe.

A descent four star hotel . Walking distance to Duomo , Museo , Chiaia , via Toledo. 100 metres to metro station Universita if you prefer to take the metro. In a part of the city looking clean and safe . Small restaurants close by ( but not adjacent ) . Small double room, 602 , but clean and quiet. Wi fi strong and reliable ( free ) . Breakfast rich enough. Staff smiling and efficient.

Naples itself is a big disappointment. Although we were warned of petty crime and we needed to be careful this was not the worse part. Naples is a dirty broken down city, we did not enjoy our stay at all.

This hotel on the other hand did not help to lift our spirits. Our room was small and uncomfortable with not much dining options around. We were glad to leave Naples.

A modern hotel among a lot of historic buildings. The staff are friendly and the amenities are of high quality. Definitely a comfortable sleep

Simple hotel but served our purpose well. They also printed and stored our luggage for the day

This place is horrible. They turned off the air because they can't afford it.I'm not kidding. There isn't even a fan. "You can open the window", the front desk said, but the street is so loud, there is no possible way you can sleep through it. The beds are uncomfortable, the sheets are scratchy, the pillows are like cardboard and they smell old, the towels are on a very high shelf in the bathroom, it's stupid. Oh, and the fire alarm is right above your head while in bedit flashes red like a siren and is very bright. The worst part is there is no air running through. The room air is stagnant and warm.
I never write reviews, but have to voice my major complaints. I have no idea why this hotel has 4 stars. I mean, it looks nice, but don't be decieved.
    I give it .0001 stars. 👎🏼

Horrible experience!!! My girlfriend and I checked in and within a 20 minutes my wallet with lots of cash had been stolen straight from the lobby. They refused to do anything, were super shady, even though there was a camera pointed at the exact table where it happened. There had not been many people around so we suspect the maid shifted it. Filed a police report and they still refused to let us see the footage. BEWARE!!
