You get what you pay for. Very quirky reception area with 24 hour staff.

Not too bad, but the room was actually tiny, with a "large single" instead of a double bed so very cosy on a hot August night. The towels were also more like tea towels, really thin - if you're staying more than a couple of nights I'd suggest to bring your own. Guy was friendly but seemed to "require" our passports for more than just an ID check - said he needed to hold onto them for ten minutes and would bring them back, so I waited with him to be sure. Watched him study them and enter all the details on the computer which I'm sure wasn't actually necessary. Otherwise clean place, slightly dodgy area but a lovely piazza at the top of the hill.

The walls in the hall are nicely painted. Room are comfortable. Unfortunately I got room 402, which is the reception's next door. The noise is constant, and may disturb you

We booked non-smoking room but was given a room that reeked of cigarette butt. We told them that we booked non-smoking room but the staff said that all the rooms were like that and some customers still smoke even though it's a non-smoking room. We had to buy air-freshener!
The room itself is very tiny (about 6 metres square). Shower drain doesn't even drain the water.
When we tried to sleep, we began getting headache due to cigarette butt smell, which reeked in the mattress and pillow! Clearly, they don't clean their pillows!
We went to reception to see if we could get a new pillow case. The receptionist became annoyed and started swearing at us in Italian!We eventually got new pillow case, which didn't even help the situation very much.
In the morning, somebody opened our room with a key while we were still sleeping! They didn't even knock or even apologise after! We woke up the sound of our door being unlocked from the outside and saw a woman trying to get to our room! After she realised we were in there, she just closed the door back and left. This was very disturbing!!
Don't be deceived by the room photos they uploaded. The room is actually way smaller and basic! Floor was dusty and the bed wasn't comfortable at all. We could hardly sleep!response / report this review -

"Hotel" is on the fourth floor of an old apartment building in a side street. Tiny elevator that can barely fit two people. Then you get to your room. Wifi does not work. Tried to connect on three different devices. Wifi simply does not work. None of the power outlets work. Now you can't charge any of these devices. Mattress is thin and must have cardboard underneath for support. Room is cold. Heater doesn't work either. Bundle up when you go to bed if you're here in the winter because you will get a cold. The shower is narrow with barely any room to move if you're a full grown adult. At least the water was hot and the water pressure was good. Probably the only good thing I can say. But then you get out of the shower and you can smell the bleach from the towels. Better to stay at a hostel. This place should be way cheaper. It isn't actually a "good deal" for the area. Don't bother.

Very good experience, the room is quiet, clean and comfortable. The only issue was WiFi, we had several problems connecting to it.

Perfect location but old and dirty rooms. We found an tolet paper under the bed. The staff is polite and they know a little English which is quite rare in Naples ;)
