The location of the hotel is perfect to see all the sites of the city. Service was very good, staff the very help full. The room could do with some updating, but the room were clean and we'll presented.

Stayed here with my parents on a short 3 days 2 nights trip to Florence.

Customer service in this hotel is generally good. There were a few particular staff at the reception desk who are really helpful and friendly.

The room that we got has this old hotel design from the 90s. We managed to take a peek at the other rooms and it seems like there were a few with more modern designs.

The room is generally clean.

Location of the hotel is good. 10 minutes walk from the train station. A pretty good one if you are planning to use the train a lot to other areas around Florence. The hotel faces Piazza di Santa Maria Novella, quite a nice piazza. about 10-15 mins walk to Duomo. The free walking tour meets in front of Basilica di Santa Maria Novella.

Clean hotel in a good area. Close to restaurants and bars, we enjoyed our stay. Only downside was the WiFi signal wasn't very strong in our room, we had to stand near the door in order to get 1 - 2 bars.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom is clean and very modern. The location of this hotel is very central in Florence. It's a must stay!
