  The hotel is okay, one part just finished renovations. Unfortunately I stayed in the old part! Breakfast was great, definitely above 3 star hotel. Eventually coming back.

  Very quiet, lovely room, helpful receptionist, breakfast included was buffet and better than at many Americans hotel. The interesting thing is that you need to insert the room key inside the room to turn on electricity so very eco friendly

  Wonderful location, great service, breakfast offers real Italian coffee (not Nescafe). Get a room with the river view, it is worth the extra cost. Rooms are large and not very interestingly decorated, pretty stark but bathroom is excellent and large in the river sided rooms.

  A fine place to stay with a good location and helpful staff. A GREAT breakfast was included. One of the best we had in Italy. Hotel itself could use some updating and has weird showers

  We had a lovely complementary glass of sparkling wine on arrival and the hotel is very grand and in a great location.

  I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. The bathroom fitting has moss , internet rarely works and when it does, the speed is very slow. The rooms has a dull feeling and when you flush toilets the water splashes out. The customer service is also very bad, I had called the front desk several times before they attended my call. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
