  Great location, helpful staff, interesting decor, includes breakfast. Can be difficult to approach by car. We used Parking Garage Congressi for same price.

  Very friendly staff. The hotel is within the outskirts of the city centre but just 10 min away by walking. Great options to eat around that zone.

  Hotel is placed in a great location for major Florence attractions. Rooms look clean but small copared to what I have seen in other European hotels. Overall its a pleasant place to stay.

  The hotel was clean, good looking on the inside, and we enjoyed the breakfast every morning. All amenities worked well and staff was very accommodating.
