Our first room had a water leak in the ceiling, they us to a large suite. It was smelly.

Amazing place minutes away from the SMN station. Few minutes walk to city center. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Staff is amazing !!

Located very close to the train station and major tourist sites with excellent staff.

Francesco, the manager, was a star and always went above and beyond to accommodate us well.

The hotel has a lovely library (with a piano), a private terrace and spacious rooms. Very comfortable, we will definitely try to stay here again when returning to Florence.

Clean, nice friendly staff. Nice location, you can walk to most of the attractions in .2, to .3 miles. Pretty good breakfast and great desserts in the morning

This is the perfect 4-star hotel with amazing breakfast, nice bedroom, large bathroom, and friendly staff all at a reasonable price. The location is close to the basilica and main train station. I found my favorite hotel!

Gorgeous little hotel off if the busy streets but still in the middle of everything. Incredible staff and very comfy and clean rooms. We've loved it.

In the center of Florence, this hotel has beautiful large rooms with a nice entrance.
Our bathroom wasn't totally cleaned and this has a bit disappointed us.
The breakfast is good but it is not a four stars breakfast. Half an hour before the end, some dishes were finished and the we have to ask the waiter to restore the missing dishes At the end the waiter restored the wurstel (honestly, low quality) but not the cheese.
At the end I saw the staff friendly and helpful especially in giving advice on what to visit.

Great location to the train and fairly central to this small city. Can easily walk to all attractions. Service here was great and good breakfast.

Awesome Hotel, really nice staff and beautifully decorated. Totally price worthy. I would just complain about the mattress, because it was a little too old, you could tell that for the deformation at the center. Everything else, location, breakfast, cleanness, staff, etc perfect!
