It's a really good place. Just at the beginning of Montecatini. Rooms are comfortable and all you can need is in the room. The staff is competent and professional. Good breakfast with lot of variety.

Average hotel. Shower easily flooded had to be quick. Bed ok. Rude staff at breakfast saying we had to be quiet when eating and moving our chairs. No food options for gluten free unable to eat.

Nice hotel with big clean rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast options were quite minimal so if I was you, I wouldn't bother paying extra for breakfast. Otherwise, the hotel was excellent.

Very nice and quiet place in the winter time.
Nice service and staff is very helpful. You can park a car around on street, it doesn't have their own parking, so you pay and display your ticket. Breakfast served from early in the morning so you can get your stomach full & good to go.

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo due settimane fa insieme al mio moroso con un assegno WONDERBOX SPA E RELAX, approfittando per visitare la bella Firenze.
È situato in un'ottima zona di Montecatini, tranquilla e con parcheggi gratuiti nelle vicinanze. Albergo ben tenuto. Personale molto, molto cordiale e che direcibo ottimo! Abbiamo effettuato per ben due sere il percorso SPA, puro relax!

Hotel molto ben tenuto, carino e pulito. La camera standard è già un'ottima sistemazione. Facile da raggiungere e a due passi dal centro e dal parco delle terme. Possibilità di parcheggio "convenzionato" a 3.50 euro al giorno proprio di fronte all'hotel (e comunque parcheggio gratuito a poche centinaia di metri). Possibilità di cenare nel ristorante dell'hotel a 20 euro a persona con scelta fra vari primi, secondi ecc. Bella e accogliente SPA interna con idromassaggio sauna secca, bagno turco e area relax con tisane. Meriterebbe 5 stelle se non fosse per l'eccessivo affollamento nella SPA, in cui gli ingressi dovrebbero essere a mio parere contingentati. In tutti i casi è un posto in cui tornare.

Very friendly and helpful staff with beautifully clean room, good location for exploring other parts of Tuscany with easy public transport links. Local cuisine in the restaurant, our room was in the new part and well designed with a rather firm bed!
A nice family run hotel and an enjoyable holiday.
